Omg, I have been following this channel for a while, I kind of started my own modular by looking at your videos. Didn't expect to hear myself on this video!! Thank you very!

Oh it’s you! Contact me at info@sourcerystudios.se and I’ll send you one of these or anything other of my modules you want as a thanks for making the code. 😊
hi there Kristian! I'm leaving this comment to let you know that you were a solid inspiration and a loyal companion on my way to make my first synth (there's some very unprofessional cellphone demos on my channel). yes, inspiration and companion because not only watched every MIAW epìsode, but I also used to rerun your videos on background when alone at night, while putting toghether the modules. I have learn a lot from your experience, and find myself running out of words to express my gratitude. the world definitely needs more kind and giving people like you. keep up! bye!!!

What a lovely comment. Thank you for your kind words. I have a similar feeling making the videos. Where I sit and imagine that I do these modules along with all of you in a large soldering party. It is always nice to hear when someone out there sits on the other end and actually do what I imagined. 🤩 Keep it up and hope you will get a huge modular system! 🤟
Thanks for sending me the two kits and parts for the PCB I previously bought, they just arrived yesterday, so excited to get these going and having two in my system 👍🏼
@ funnily enough, last one built this morning 👍🏼 anyone need something like 15 fake STM32’s, 8 C6T6’s, or better still ideas for repurposing them? Loving the DMC firmware too

@Jin-Hu awesome! 👊 Hehe those are still quite powerful mcus so should be able to process audio. Let’s make something up to use them for. 😉
This is pretty funny, I was working on Braids when you did your video (I was having problems finding an STM32 that would work) and I just started working on the original version of this to use up those STMs! I made a couple PCBs of my own, but I am buying a set of yours off Tindie, too!
Great video - I think I need to order a couple of these from your shop☺😋

Thanks! Either that or just take the Gerbers and jlcpcb. The bom has the partnr for lcsc so you can order it all in one batch and get cheaper shipping. :)
Great! Émilie made her Eagle files available for people to tweak and rehash her designs. Do you plan to release the sources of your Gerbers files like her? BTW, thanks for your work.
@ That's ok. I think I can figure out the build. It's the programming the stm that I'm most interested in. I think I have done it correctly already but I'm not sure. Thanks for the knobs you threw in with my kit by the way!

Watch the braids video for exact how to make it. I do it super quickly in the beaks video aswell. :)
I ordered an STM32 off aliexpress and it ended up being a 32kb version. When I go to program the board it says there is not enough memory...do I need to order a 64kb version?
3 месяца назад
If you got a 32kb version and you ordered a C8T6 the. They sent the wrong one. Check the chip on the board with a magnifying glass. And if they sent the wrong one you should be able to get a refund. Or you ordered the wrong board? You actually need a 128kb version the CBT6. But most C8T6 (64kb) actually has more memory in them that is why they can be used. But 32kb is the wrong chip. You need at least the 64kb version.
@ good enough! I'd love to send you a diy module I designed to play with, not sure if you take gifts like that

@@the2d the thing is I can’t promise I can make a video about it. There is barely time for all the videos I already planned myself. 😅 But if you want to send me a module I would happily trade for one of mine if you want. :)

usedto be afraid of microcontrollers, after seeing this great video i may decide to start working on 5 beaks!
Just finished my first Beaks! Works great! Easy build! Excited for the second! Thanks so much!
Good to hear it went well! Hope you’ll have much fun with it! :)
Matías Levy is a GENIUS

Super important detail correct Bluepill is STM32F103C8T6 I ordered a bunch of C6T6 units after first ordering unintentionally bad fake C8T6
Yes, that is very important :) Hope you got it working with the correct STM32's now.

@ I do happen to have a couple ideas brewing…
Wow, awesome! Peaks is one of my favourite MI modules.
Looks great, thanks for your dedication to the synth DIY community!
Looking forward to my build
i just bought a set off your tindie today after seeing it back in stock (along with a braids)!
Awesome! And Al orders are already out the door so you should be able to build this soon hopefully. :)
@ just got the confirmation! I have to triple check what I have at home before ordering the rest of the components first though

read the description ;-)
Ah Right. Maybe should do that aswell. :) it’s easyeda but that doesn’t matter. I’ll see when I can do this aswell. :)
@ EasyEDA is fine! Again thanks for your work.
I've got my kit. Just waiting on the video.
The build video comes next week I think. :)

@ Just finished building it. It all seems to work correctly. Thanks again.
Awesome! It was easy enough to solder I guess :)
How deep it it? My case is only 5 cm deep...
With the jumper on the back of the STM32 it is 45mm... You could remove this jumper and just hardwire those jumpers and you get another 6-7mm...

Out of stock!?
Yeah…. They went like butter in sunshine. 😅 I’ll see how many kits I have components for more. 😏 then it’s back to ordering stuff again. 🤪
@ Just joined waiting list! great job man!
ugh stupid microcontroller shortage
Ooh, live!
Well. Not live but a premiere so I’ll be in the chat answering any questions you might have and watching it with you. 😅

@ is the info available somewhere? I can't seem to view your website. I'm kinda new around here =)
Perfect video for me I am totally addicted to those kind of videos thumbs up!!! You should use a service such as Promo-SM!!!
