You’ve become my fave youtuber 🤍 love how your life is so real and relatable doesn’t make me feel pressure in anyway! And the fitness content is motivating ( watching from the treadmill) happy Sunday 🫶
Yes you’re right Zoe, I work as a mental health clinician with GPs and physical activity is what we can recommend or even prescribe depending on where you live and funding. There is clinical evidence that regular physical exercise improves symptoms of low mood.
I love your videos so much I feel that we have so much in common and its just feels so relaxing and recharging to watch your videos 😍especially about exercise and how it helps mental health and how much it can boost your mood!!! I love how real you’re on here ! Xxx
I honestly love your vids! Just come back from an hour and a half exercise session and you’re such a motivation! Keep being you. Also, don’t worry I’ve never noticed your videos being shaky 💗
Loved this ! The food shop my fav lol , love seeing all the good options England has, would love a waitros in Ireland, love the balance working out and then having the few drinks too, daily vlogs my fav ☘️🤘
Lovely vlog, you are such a genuine person and so down to earth, I like that about you, it’s not something you always see from influencers. I’m having similar issues with my skin recently after years of perfect skin!! So know how you feel. I’ve stripped back all the creams and reading up on nutrition lots. Have a great week and hair looks great btw ❤
I’d definitely switch your La Roche posay cleanser! I found it super harsh for my acne prone skin, and it contains perfume you 100% don’t want that. I’d recommend you to try more simple products. My favourites are The Ordinary Squalane cleanser as my first cleanse to remove makeup, then go in with Cera Ve hydrating cleanser. I then just use the Skin & Me daily doser, The Ordinary skin barrier serum and then Rose Hip oil. I know everyone’s skin is different but coming from an acne girly of over 10 years this routine has transformed my skin!!! Harsh cleaners, Acids, vitamin c etc ruined my skin xxx
Love your content its very relaxing and entertaining to watch so thanks on this Sunday reset that I am having. I really like the everyday in the life and fitness footage that you upload, Zoe. Keep being you as its amazing to see your subscribers increasing. Hope that you're well. I think the new camera settings are much improved for the quality of filming! 🌺🌸
Honestly for skin care I would just massively recommend going back to basics - I’m talking a cerave cleanser and then…. Sudocrem!!! My sister suffered with awful adult acne, and those two products saved her skin. It might leave you a bit dry but it will hopefully help to clear you up so you can start introducing other products back in. That said I’m not a dermatologist so apols if this ends up being rubbish advice 😂 but it’s what worked for my sister and was her last resort before roaccutane x
Hi Zoe, love your comfort content. Ive had the worst 2 weeks of my life i came home to my husband and partner of 9 years to out of the blue tell me he doesn’t love me anymore. He walked out of me and my 2 young children im hoping i can find some time to get down the gym and start training so i can feel myself and get in a better place. You give me motivation ❤
I skin flared up for the first time when I was 27 and I sent pictures of my skin to my doctor and was prescribed duac and it really helped! It’s super strong you just put it on on a night I was hesitant to get anything pharmaceutical at first but it clears my skin up when it flares up in winter
Love your videos 😍 I had a really bad skin break out last year. One thing I was advised was don’t touch your face while at the gym. The equipment isn’t the cleanest & then rubbing your hands on your face can create breakouts. It actually did help plus not over washing your face & stripping all your natural oils. Sometimes less is more ❤
Im the same I have really long hair everyone love it down but I hate it gets in the way so enoying can I just say I’m usually a silent watcher you and molly give me so much inspiration and thank yous so much
Zoe ,You might find The Toleriane cleanser by LRP is better than the Effaclar . My daughter found that it didn’t make her skin red or dry, and it really helped clear up her spots . The Effaclar can be a bit too harsh sometimes I think xxx
Zoe, forget all those old-wives-tales people are telling you about cutting out olive oil, dairy, etc etc. That will NOT fix acne. To be honest all those creams you’re using on your skin now will only try to heal what’s already come up. Those creams make the skin look angry, red and sore, then dry the skin out making it peel. It looks like cystic acne, in a typical area of the face where your body is reacting to its own hormones. Adult acne is REAL and nothing to do with what detergent you use or being dirty. If you don’t tackle the issue from the inside then those repetitive spots will scar. I’d invest your money in a certified dermatologist instead who will help the spots stop coming up in the first place. You don’t want to be dealing with this near your wedding & often treatment takes a while to work so I’d start now. I’ll leave a recommendation for a dermatologist who is an acne specialist in my comments, who is used by many in the public eye. You can look up the credentials for yourself xx
@@IamMinnie90 people invest so much money into all these creams, facial washes, toners etc. The problem is from the inside and a certified dermatologist will deal with that. Once it starts scarring that’s a whole other heap of drama. The dermatologist I recommended taught me so much about acne and I realised how much time is waisted doing all the other stuff, when really you need to attack it from the root xx
@@laurenmcpherson5357 accutane changed my life for the better, but even if she doesn’t have that, a dermatologist can get to the root of it. I feel so sorry for all these people that spend hundreds of these creams and buying everything ‘influencers’ tell them will work. Acne runs deeper, literally and the longer it’s left, the worse the battle. I love my dermatologist, he changed my life xxx
I’ve got very sensitive skin that gets dry and sore if I even miss a day of thorough skincare, especially in winter with the central heating on. Recently started using Epaderm from the chemist, it’s a moisturiser for dry skin, eczema and psoriasis but can also use it as a cleanser by just adding water. Wow, immediate transformation with my skin. No matter what cleanser I use my skin always feel very tight afterwards cos my water is really hard. Epaderm is the only thing I’ve found that leaves skin feeling soft and supple immediately after washing. It’s so good and only a few £. I used to use Elemis cleansing balm which I do love, but too expensive for me to keep up with every day. This is just as good if not better for my skin though xx
Honestly as a girl who has tried everything with my skin including going to the doctors etc, the only thing that’s cleared it is the liz Earle pink cleanser, la Roche posay effacular mosituriser and also the la Roche posay effacular spot treatment and the drunk elephant cleansing balm is the only balm that doesn’t break me out. The la Roche posay cleanser your using did break me out but obviously all skin is different and the cleansing balm your using i tried as I thought the more expensive the better but my skin came out in a rash kind of thing on my jaw line and I didn’t think it was that product until I stopped using it. Obviously all skin is different but for me going through years of acne I would personally just use the drunk elephant cleansing balm for a week (no cleansers) and use two face cloths if needed and then after a week I would start adding in a cleanser to see if it breaks out your skin and stop if it does after a week 💕
Waitrose is more expensive, however, when you actually buy whole foods and get the salmon fillet and cut it and freeze it yourself it’s much better quality no dyes and you get more salmon, it actually only works around 15% more a week, it’s if you buy a lot of branded products you spend more
Zoe we're so similar, everybody always laughs at me when I say running in the rain makes you feel alive, but it's so true 😂 Some people would kill to be able to run in the rain. We're so lucky!❤
Zoe it will more than likely be hormonal which means not a single product will help with your skin, a GP prescribed me a treatment, stopped using ALL of my skincare as its just rubbish... strip it all back, its not needed! Xx
Try zo skin the exfoliating cleanser and the oil control pads I had horrible painful cystic acne on my chin and got it from an aesthetician and it cleared it all up-that and an oil free moisturiser something really simple like nuetrogena oil free gel cream or the farmacy oil free gel moisturiser! I swear by it! Xx
What you’re talking about about the gym membership is kinda true. It’s called social prescribers and not usually something done by doctors, it’s by social prescribers who are separate practitioners and they can also “prescribe” things like social classes etc xxx
I love love your videos!! You’re so real! And the fitness is soo motivational! WHERE DID YOU GET YOUR THROW AND PILLOWS?? soo gorgeous I’ve been looking for something boho like that for AGES!! 😅
For your skin, I know you went to a dermatologist already but did they give you a topical antibiotic? That can really really help the ones that are already there but also those single use face clothes are really recommended because even if you use a flannel it still has bacteria on it x
I would 100% recommend 47 skin - I had quite bad acne that would flare up all the time and ive been using it since January and the improvement is insane. It's a bit on the pricey side but it is worth the money!! Definitely give it a go if you can xx
Try face wash with salicylic acid they fight the bacteria and put sudo cream on, also try allies of skin silver lining, it's a mild exfoliant plus moisturiser which fights bacteria. I have transformed my 15 year old boys breakouts by using these xxx
Cerave Products, especially their retinol serum has really changed my skin journey! Defo worth the try!

I had similar couple of years ago. I tried all different creams only one that cleared it was clinique acne solutions cleansing foam. It is amazing and light on the skin. They also do a spot treatment in their acne range. Cleared mine up in a matter of weeks :) mine was also hormonal
If you don’t mind a recommendation..my acne has flared up again and I’m having ‘Dr. Platon Cold plasma’ treatment (that’s the name of the device). So far so good, it’s bringing my acne down quite quickly. I tried light therapy but was told I’d need to use it every other day for full benefit 😊 x
I've been having skin issues lately as well as someone who's never really had bad skin! Ever since I got covid in Dec my PMS and periods have been so intense and painful! Spoke to my gynecologist, she said it's supposedly normal as covid is known to do that... she did recommend trying natural period/pms drops which tend to put the hormones back into normal ranges. I'll tell you if it works!
Hi if that’s the Efflacar cleanser from LRP it literally stripped my skin and left it sore it was so strong it might not be the same one and I know all skin different but just in case :)
The cheap salmon you buy from aldi / lidl etc is poor quality farmed fish often with the fish coming from unhealthy conditions. It usually covered with a layer of white slimy fat too. Better if you can is to buy more expensive line caught salmon
you look great with your hair down (: also, just book an appointment with a dermatologist, they'll most likely help you with any skin related issues :)
