Damn you just have to admire Paula Abdul. I've seen interviews where I thought she was kind of crazy but no one can deny the talent that she had and I still love to watch her dance to this day. Was she ever the best singer absolutely not but I'm telling you I love that forever your girl album and I played it a million times I had it on compact disc and if it was possible to wear out a compact disc that one would have been worn out.

She choreographed 3 Janet routines. Anthony Thomas and Tina Landon have more to do with teaching Janet than Paula.

Was she already injured when she performed this? Because she really seemed to make her moves really carefully n the way her dancers handled her very gently. Makes it seem as if she was in a lot of pain but pushed through for the show. But in a very delicate way. But it still was a great performance.
