I love a good yin Yang yoga session in the mornings. But your session was so impactful I actually had to make a comment about it. There has been crazy pain in my upper back for trying to correct my posture and the rolling panda was a first for me and now I will be doing this exercise every morning because of the relief I just felt today. Thank you 🌹

Hi Devi, this was a great one (as always😉) ! I really like when you incorporate some movement in your yin practices, the yang me finds that I feel way less anxious this way, than during (relatively) still yin classes !P.S. : I put 'yin yoga bolster' on my Xmas wishlist, bc I intend to do more yin classes of yours ! You don't always use props, but I think a bolster will be more stable and maybe more comfortable that my giant Mary Aristochats plush that sits on my couch (the only big thing I have handy when I practice yoga) 😁
