This is a very good one. I started July last year, and I've been so reluctant to sell myself even though I know I'm good with my job as I, too, also learnt from RUclips. Listening to Bex has just encouraged me 100%. Thank you for this video. 🎊🎉🎊🎉🙌🏾🙌🏾
I’m from mexico 🇲🇽 and I’m just starting to have costumers so my price is fair, my added value is double stuffed balloons, personalized colors and palettes for each costumer, canva presentation of their quote and an excellent costumer service, sometimes they call me at 8 or 10pm and once at 5 am to confirm their decor. I would have to work on 😅
How do I add value? As a deco twister, when I’m twisting for a party, I bring a small table centerpiece for the birthday child with me to match their theme.
Interesting. I really enjoy this channel. I’ve been watching it and applying what I learn from the real professionals in the industry to my business for several years now. I think the key word is several years. Seems a bit cocky with all these newbies that barely know any fundamentals of decor and balloon basics to start teaching master classes after 15 months…
Omg how dare new people have any ambition or drive and want to educate and help others! It is just not on!! 🙄 I for one enjoy seeing new talent and learning new ways to approach designs.
Just out of interest...how do you know or tell she or anyone else doesn't know the "fundamentals"? As a partial newbie i think your comment could be conceived as cocky that just because you have been in the industry for several years that you know everything? are we not always learning??
Were you not watching, I think its safe to say the 'fundamentals' are apparent. Start your own Academy if feel your several years in the industry are viable. Whats stopping you from doing the same ? Go get em tiger 😉
Thanks for your comment. We’re glad you find BMTV useful! Over the years I’ve found focussing on one or two key areas means people can rapidly become competent in their chosen field. If they then have the confidence, desire and enthusiasm to help others through training and sharing their highs & lows, positivity & passion, we’re fully supportive! We love to work with people like Bex who inspire others. Greg
Bex comes across so beautifully, friendly and extremely talented 👏
