next time, remove the key shafting, the coupling gear is wrongly placed, the gear tooth is a small part in the back, last place the key after the gear enters
Ambient temp + 80 degrees C should be enough and max 120 C .. Possibly they didn't heat evenly or didn't clean the bore . Based on this video , i would expect anything from them . In the end of they day , they think that the "job is done" as they have installed the coupling hub no matter how was that performed .. lmao
@@tapanpradhan1993 So all these guys do not know what they are doing? And you know? You are very wrong. The direction is absolutely 100% correct. Check the drawing for this type of coupling.

The problem is that the team did not heat the hub properly. Please check the heat value I think it is around 450º F (232º C)

Hope those bearings inside are ok.
If you team maintain the hub temperature and use the heavy hammer from starting it was easy to fix
Coupling need to more heat. If there is proper heating at least 200°© for 2 hour coupling not need to beat. Only in push fit it will insert.
Yes, I am correct, thank you.

.. Correct.... I think the preparation went wrong... They should pre clean the shaft and lubricated.
No preparation. And no safety. Barehanded holding the wood. Next time atleast do it properly.
Hahahahahahahaha ..
Nope no good 😂😂
