I strongly believe that if a couple are applying for MM2H & using their joint named property, your agent should be able to plead your case with MOTAC (might be case to case basis / Goodwill etc). Doubt it will be 100% disallowed. Best to check with the agent u keen to apply with especially for those who have already applied & paid part of the Agent fees prior to 5/11 sudden announcement 📣 by MOTAC.

这侧新闻是两天前的（11月7日）才过了2天不会有进展。 就还有1个月时间（12月9日） 经济特区就会正式成立。
