Women are incapable of handling roles where there is a need to discriminate and make rational decisions. Women make emotional decisions which can often lead them to missing the bigger picture. Anyways many women are there who are better leaders than many men but overall it's men.

Purpose and relationship cant be compared. Women have higher purpose too but they can manage personal and professional life smoothly. Men not doing this is a weak point not a superior thing. Women can have emotional expectations too which isn't wrong. A real man shall fulfill it and there are many ways. Men from mars and women from Venus is a misogynist novel btw. I am in favor of both of you. He is elucidating the conventional psychology of men be it biological or societal. But I agree with you more as I believe irrespective of the gender, every human desires the best for himself/herself. On a fundamental level, we all are here just to serve a purpose in our own way. Females aspired the same back in history what they aspire to be in present. We have examples of great female leaders and revolutionaries of the past. It's just they were suppressed & they had no option but to accept the lower expectations of society from them. Every human wants to be accepted, to be heard, to be loved, to lead and to protect.
