    I'll start by saying a hearty Congrats, to you on another Sub/Milestone. I myself Moonwalked when I reached 24, so I can feel your joy. Well deserved! Just the fact you venture out of your own Wheelhouse is one of the best things to your Films. I could be wrong when I say, we watch for the Trains, but stay for your style in how you feed us the passion. Another great show. Thanks and safe trip home! B.P.

    First time I have watched u do a video outside the UK and I must say that I really enjoyed watching the variety of trains that u get in Brussels. By doing some research on the internet, Brussels South is definitely the busiest out of the 3 stations in Brussels. The Thalys TGVs go from Paris to either Amsterdam, Cologne or Dortmund. Really loved the ICE that was heading for Frankfurt.

      I'm glad you enjoyed watching this, I always try and get atleast one or two European films done every year just to break things up in channel really, Adds something new for people to watch, I loved coming here and I can safely say I will be coming back here for more filming

      It’s indeed the most international station in Brussels and Belgium even. We have the Thalys services from Paris Nord to Brussels, Amsterdam, Köln hbf, Essen hbf and sometimes Dortmund hbf. The Eurostar to London and Amsterdam, ICE to Frankfurt hbf and TGV services to Aéroport Charles de Gaulles (Paris), Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Nice.. You should and come visit Brussels during peak hours :) Around 80-90 trains (Maybe 100 when adding international trains) leaves the station, it’s like a metro service then! Hope to see you back again in Belgium some day!

    Could it be that the IC sets with two locos (the one in between double-deckers) will be separated along the way? That would be my guess.
    Also, I think the Siemens Desiro ML aren't (only) doing Regional services, strictly speaking, but also Intercity services, if my memory/experience serves me correctly. Although distinguishing between Regional and Intercity in Belgium is rather difficult to be fair.

      Ah, alright: at 12:56 you read the IC service number from one of those.

    Hey tornado922, where in europe your planning to go next? If you take suggestions, you sould try to go to France or somewhere in Switzerland. I don't know any stations but you could probably think of something.

    I know French but I don’t understand what Anne’s cousin is saying there

    • @Tornado922
      @Tornado922 6 лет назад

      The French announcer is telling the various passengers around the station about the next train departing from the different platforms, so for example the 5:45 IC train for Amsterdam will be departing from track 15

  • @danielmartin7371
    @danielmartin7371 6 лет назад

    before you travelled to France you should of brought a french dictionary to learn how to speak French then you would of figured out what the announcer was saying

    • @Tornado922
      @Tornado922 6 лет назад

      Daniel Martin this was in Belgium not France. At no stage was this filmed in France. I have no interest I knowing what they were saying. Just being able to listen to announcements in a foreign language is fascinating in itself as it makes you think what they could be saying. Anyway the following announcements were all in English regardless. I love just listening to a foreign language. The English language is very boring
