Glad you manage to make Edward, since model railway stores are really low on 4-4-0s that match Edward (unless you count say the LSWR T9 or the LNER D16 that can work for Edward in model form) Either way glad you manage to make him, I look forward to seeing more.
I love how very "19th century" you made Edward look, and quite appropriately so, considering his basis was built in 1896 (with 2 built later in 1900). It almost reminds me of how Edward was illustrated in the original William Middleton illustrations of The 3 Railway Engines, but with his upgrated NER style cab like in the IOS book.
Within my personal canon, Edward is a straight K2- no modifications whatsoever. Come to think of it, I’m pretty strict about making sure the engines are 1:1 with their real-world counterparts unless there’s something weird about what Wilbert chose. For example, Henry remains an Atlantic/Pacific hybrid rebuilt into a Black 5-looking engine, but Percy is now a Hudswell Clark 0-4-0 and Thomas is an E2-adjacent one-off built by Brighton Works amalgamating elements of a J50, a Terrier, an E2, and a Jinty for the sake of mending the E2’s poor fuel economy.
You built Edward using a 2P just like Awdry did, (but with your own take), Well done, wonderful model.

5:45 EDDORD
Awesome 😊
I have a question: what kind of articulated locomotive Quesa was based on?
Also I didn't know you had X (Twitter) on your channel
Kacela is a 2-6-6-2 articulated logging engine :)
@@FirePorterYT Oh that's good 👍🏾, keep up your work and have a good Sunday.
Nice
I think Edward as a normal K2 express engine is better seeing Edward with a big boiler and a large face on the smoke box looks bad no offense
I don’t even wanna know why there’s megaphones coming out of everyone’s cab windows
this… is TUGS‼️‼️‼️
:)
guys i have a slight feeling that this might be
*_T U G S ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️_*
Eggy has been made
What locomotive is Barthelamew based on?
Fireporter's fictional r46 class
Day 19 of asking what will become of your old james model
is James done tho
he’s being redone atm, he might not be done for a good while :)
@@FirePorterYT ok
0:05 but you built daisy
what?
Can you make James’s pls
Can you do a vedeo of you trains running please
i would love to, but i dont have a full-circuit layout lol :)
You don't need a circuit you could do a straight run
Yuor house is literaly floodet (only the livingroom) that is not nice
If you're modeling a Thomas character it HAS to have a face if it doesn't have a face it's just a cool looking train
None of Awdry's models had faces, and he still referred to them as characters in a dvd
Says who? Modelling the locos with faces is purely personal preference and not a requirement
Not every modeller needs to give their locos faces (TTTE or not)
awdry has literally made models of his characters
and none of them have faces
