In the comics , broken limbs , torn out intestines , eye balls popping out and skulls caved in is pretty much the norm for the Viltrumites ( the alien species of the guy in the red cape ) . It takes months at worst for them to recover which is crazy . Seriously you could rip a Viltrumite in half and as long as their heart isn’t destroyed , they might survive.

@@DoctorER I have to say that I am _really_ digging this video (and I should really check out more of your work)! Nah nigga Batman died more funny and most brutal way. Imagine bring so stupid that you think a superhuman can be kicked... Lol? He dissected people in front of you, erased tanks and you think kicking him on head with a flying kick is best way to defeat him? LMAO.
Yeah, Omni-Man and Invincible's fight was the most tragic in the show. Throughout the fight, Omni-Man attempted to "educate" his son on the fragility of human life and how it's not worth protecting. Instead, it's better to have the entire human species become subjugated by the Viltrumite Empire (Omni-Man's people) than have them continue destroying themselves. However, each brutal (and horrendous) lesson only furthers Invincible's determination in protecting humanity and unwillingness to surrender, showing that he would rather die than allow Earth to be invaded.
That was so well worded. All that being said, it did have an affect on Omni-man. We already saw him decimate seemingly the entirety of one society. He certainly could have kept going with the lesson...but one seemingly mundane flashback, and he just leaves. That's just one of the things I'm hyped to see explored in season 2. The number of unresolved problems promises for another exciting binge
@@michaelparham1328 Well to be fair, we’ve already seen Omni-man single-handedly annihilate an entire alien planet-one far more advanced than earth. Just goes to show that he could end our planet with ease anytime he wanted to, and he’s but ONE Viltrumite soldier…Although the power scaling in this show is wonky and inconsistent; no way Omni-man could’ve been injured that badly by the Guardians when he withstood an undeniably MUCH more devastating $400B satellite laser with minimal injury.(Slight nosebleed)
@@ambassadorbruh1200 Ehhh I don't think it's that ridiculous, Omniman was taking blows from superhumans. The difference between that and a satellite laser is that the laser potentially has more destructive force yes, but it's spread out over a wider area, whereas omniman took hits from human-sized fists, which are comparatively more concentrated. These were also repeated blows to the same areas, like with Red Rush hammering his chest over and over at super fast speeds. Think of how it's much easier to break or shatter something like hard stone by using a stake and hammer versus just using a bigger hammer.
@@jasikshaw9309 Never thought about it like that and you make a really good point; however, that laser beam came down like a nuke-killing all earthly life within blast radius, whereas the guardian fight wasn’t even destructive enough to cause significant structural damage to the building they were in. Two completely different levels of destruction here…That said, you still do raise an interesting point and it would explain it, had they not shown the laser to be so ridiculously devastating.
@@ambassadorbruh1200 Yeah I see your point with the crazy nuke laser, but think about the fact that omniman was trying to secretly murder the gaurdians. So he really limited himself in that fight. All the other fights, he spends majority of his time flying. It wasn't a just a super fight but a surprise attack in a base that nobody wanted to destroy, especially omniman, and the initial thought to everybody was he was being controlled and weren't fighting all out at first until he back to back murdered people. So everybody used pure concentrated attacks aimed at vitals and the gaurdians were basically punching him with power at least relative to that laser concentrated into fists trying to not destroy their secret base, same with omniman and his planet ending strengeth. Also the only people who did damage to him were Read Rush repeatedly punching him in same spot on chest at light speed and the 2 strongest people on the team War Woman and Immortal.
Invincible is about the dark side of being a hero and the decisions one makes to save a life or not. It also shows the backlash of being a hero is never easy. Every fight is shown on how you lose, it destroys lives. Mark has to deal with being the son of a hero believed to be the best in the world and tried to be that but later finds his own path which is less bloody. Though he sees his fair share of bloodshed.

When I saw Invincible going to the hospital for recovery, I was thinking, “How are they supposed to do surgery on him if his skin barely gets damaged at all, and most of his body doesn’t break usually?” It’s like trying to repair an unbreakable object back to normal: it’s not supposed to break, but when it does, it’s nearly impossible to put it back together again because it wasn’t designed to do that *because* it wasn’t supposed to break. You don’t normally prepare for something without a reason. If something is supposed to be impossible, you don’t prepare for it, but when it does happen, you don’t know what to do because you didn’t prepare for it.
Viltrumites can also naturally heal, from pretty much anything that isn’t affecting their heart or brain (if either of those is destroyed the viltrumite dies.) they can have their limbs torn off, eviscerated, etc. And survive

Yeah, as soon as Red Rush decided to change from Support to Assault, he was doomed. He should have known that his physical strength, even at super-speed, couldn't top that of Immortal or War Woman. The most insane thing about the brutal deaths at the beginning is the context: the 1st ep is around 30-40 minutes of every superhero movie ever. Mainly DC's Justice League is being parodied, and it's doing it in a relatively safe PG13 / no gore or brutal fights way. Then the ending happens.. OUT OF NOWHERE, the guy you think is Superman burst in and brutally murders all heroes. In gory fashion too. It was a huge shock to see this after the ordinary first 40 minutes.
Most of the gore and injuries in the show I can handle no trouble but the first one with the popping eyeball always gets me real bad. Mostly because it triggers bad memories of me going through more than one eye surgery as a teenager.
Hey doc why don't you try a gameplay of surgeon simulator 1 and 2 and you could explain how certain surgeon works or what kind of complications might have that surgery.
Oof I know an ER doctor probably doesn’t have a lot of time on his hands, but I’m definitely looking forward to when your videos start getting a bit longer!! You can toootally takeover the 20min+ territory…if Dr. Mike doesn’t get there first lmao You two could also do some more collaborations with these too, like an “injuries from all the Marvel movies” multi-part string of episodes. Keep up the great work
The head squishing reminds me of Friday the 13th Part 7 kill, which was cut down for the movie. If you go to 3:09 in "Friday The 13th Part 7 The New Blood - Deleted Scenes" you can see the full version. A reaction to various Friday the 13th kills would be nice too while we're at it.
I'd love to see you react to some Dead by Daylight gameplay or Memento Mori's that killers perform. It's one of my favorite games of all time, and I think you'd be interested in some of the killers actions during the trials.
fun fact: Mark Hamill plays Omni-Man's Tailor! and another fun fact: For mayhem fans out there, Steven Yeun (the main character from Mayhem) also plays the main character in this show!
A life changing personal injury story in... Now. I was sitting shotgun, and holding the roof of the car, when my friend flipped the car on a dirt road. My four fingers on my right hand were between a car and a dirt road for about ten minutes, it took a while for 7 people to stop and help roll the car enough to get my hand free, and any advice I have for victims of crushing is prep for when the object is lifted. The pain I felt under the car tripled and the shirt I wrapped my hand in was quickly soaked in blood, and I could see the bones piping out of the ends of my middle finger. The tendon of my last middle finger joint is gone, and while my heald hand is doin great, there are still some things that I struggle with.
Ahhh there's a lot I have haha but the most basic I want is the first kill of dexter as teen, the pencil kill and I want to know how realistic is the thing with the Syringe on neck he use for every victim to sleep them
Would really like to see a reaction to the medical scenes in Death Stranding. LOADS of the characters have stories that revolve around both real and sci-fi medical conditions.

I’d love to see reactions to more episodes so “cells at work” I liked that anime and would love to get the doctor’s thoughts on some of the crazy events in the later episodes of the season
This is the kind of commentary I never knew I needed
Never think I see you do this one!, but yeah there’s more to come for season 2 when it comes later in 2022 or so!😂
It's kinda weird cause in the series they are like "we might be able to save them"
Jordan you're the best, if you react to high-rise invasion, its anime, that Would be great!
Thank you! What's the show about?
@@DoctorER Its a very nice show, contains very medical scences!
I'll have to check it out. Thanks for the recommendation!
Thanks Dr. Wagner. I always learn something new when I watch your videos. Plus the scenes from many of my fav shows. That educational entertainment. Thank you for that 👍🏻
Wow, the show Dr. Wagner reacts to is brutal
And I love it
Loved your reactions bro!! Lmao very entertaining.
Glad to hear it! Let me know what you'd like to see me react to next!
@@DoctorER hey brother maybe try looking into the south park episode where Mr Garrison and Kyle modify their bodies.
Edit - Mr Garrison has a sex change and removes his testicles. His testicles end up in Kyle's knees because Kyle requested he was taller and black
I would love to see a video where you describe why VR can make some people motion sick. I just recently got over my motion sickness in most VR games.
At 0:55, that’s the same thing as Friday the 13th part 3 movie when Jason grab Rick to cover his mouth to prevent him to shout and then, Jason crush Rick’s skull and his eyeball flys out.
Thank you bro! I love all your videos (as you know!) and I just want to take the time to appreciate everything you do man I’m sure you work really hard to provide us with this content so thank you ❤️ also I love this show, haven’t seen much of it but now I really want to!
Hope Dr Jordan makes more reaction videos about that . IT"S REALLY COOL!!!!!NICE!!!!!!!!!
Currently binge watching Your vids while I'm recovering from CSF leak repair surgery.
* Says immortal's death is unrealistic *
Jojo characters: does that mean I'm alive?
The most insane thing about the brutal deaths at the beginning is the context: the 1st ep is around 30-40 minutes of every superhero movie ever. Mainly DC's Justice League is being parodied, and it's doing it in a relatively safe PG13 / no gore or brutal fights way. Then the ending happens.. OUT OF NOWHERE, the guy you think is Superman burst in and brutally murders all heroes. In gory fashion too. It was a huge shock to see this after the ordinary first 40 minutes.
Love your vids Doctor Wagner could you react to the injuries from Halloween Kills?
OMG FINALLLYYYYYY YOURE THE BESTTTT
Hope you like it!!
I LOVED EVERY SECOND YOU MADE MY DAY
Congratulations on 200k dude! Can you react to The Boys next?
Thank you! I'll have to check it out. Any favorite scenes from The Boys?
Probably when Robin dies at the start. It’s not really my favorite but it’s interesting.
Congratulations on 200k doc! 🙌
Thank you!
@@DoctorER Always welcome 🙌
love the doctors hype, sounds really calm and "homely"
This. Was absolutely CRAZY. Actually crazy haha, wonder what the insight would be.
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed this Invincible reaction!
@@DoctorER oh haha thanks to you too for the detailed commentary and time off your day!😁
Finally! I was wondering when you`d cover this!
Wow what a great idea for a RUclips channel! Great video Doc!
I love your reactions to medical scenes! Do squid game next!! Or maybe Doc McStuffins? Can a kids show about medicine be accurate?
Dear God doc I never thought you would watch invincible
Impressiv 😂😂
Never know! Hope you liked this Invincible reaction!
@@DoctorER yes I liked doc😁👍
Most of the gore and injuries in the show I can handle no trouble but the first one with the popping eyeball always gets me real bad. Mostly because it triggers bad memories of me going through more than one eye surgery as a teenager.
*Superhero gets obliterated in a brutal way*
Doc: "Woaaaahhhh"
He's fascinated about the bones, skins and stuff.
Hey doc why don't you try a gameplay of surgeon simulator 1 and 2 and you could explain how certain surgeon works or what kind of complications might have that surgery.
Nice. I played the VR version on Gamology!!
god i love this channel so much
Thank you so much!
Yeeees!!! I absolutely love this!!! I just requested this!!!! Haha
Oof I know an ER doctor probably doesn’t have a lot of time on his hands, but I’m definitely looking forward to when your videos start getting a bit longer!! You can toootally takeover the 20min+ territory…if Dr. Mike doesn’t get there first lmao
You two could also do some more collaborations with these too, like an “injuries from all the Marvel movies” multi-part string of episodes.
Keep up the great work
this guy is a genius, he uses his doctor knowledge and stuff to make reaction videos
I think the most troubling part in here is where Doctor ER says “you can’t do that, none of us have those powers *yet”* 🤣
Evolution through infighting. Shall begin.
_yet_
Love this doctor he seems like the perfect doctor you want when you go into the hospital
this man deserves needs more views
The train scene in the last episode. Love to see you react to that
Yes! Loved this show. Go Dr. Wagz!
Great Video! *Invincible is the best!*
please react to metalocalypse. I think the episode "dethhealth" especially would be perfect for you to review! :))
I'd love to see you react to some Dead by Daylight gameplay or Memento Mori's that killers perform. It's one of my favorite games of all time, and I think you'd be interested in some of the killers actions during the trials.
Hey could doc could u possibly do a reaction to the home alone injury scenes please
Totally! Any favorites I should check out?
4:55 I love this bit lol snaps his hand off
Doctor: Probably a broken forearm 😂
Dont forget about The Immortal has the power to come back to life.
fun fact: Mark Hamill plays Omni-Man's Tailor! and another fun fact: For mayhem fans out there, Steven Yeun (the main character from Mayhem) also plays the main character in this show!
Imagine having to react to the medical situations in Jojo's Bizarre Adventures, it is that insane
I want so bad to see you reacting dexter series so much content there would be really intresting
Any favorite scenes from Dexter I should check out?
Ahhh there's a lot I have haha but the most basic I want is the first kill of dexter as teen, the pencil kill and I want to know how realistic is the thing with the Syringe on neck he use for every victim to sleep them
Would really like to see a reaction to the medical scenes in Death Stranding. LOADS of the characters have stories that revolve around both real and sci-fi medical conditions.
4:53
"Probably broken"
Hey doctor nice reactions
Thank you! Glad you liked this Invincible reaction! What would you like to see me react to next?
@@DoctorER anything you like😊😊
4:54 - Forearm snaps as it rotates 90° in a place it's not supposed to rotate at all exposing sharp, jagged ends are exposed.
ER Doctor: "Probably broken."
Congrats on 100k.
Thank you so much for the support!
Nice choice of show to review
Good reaction. Would like to see your reaction to Dr. Stone and the discovery of penicillin😊
Great reaction!
