Your not the only one Dave, I helped my husband cut the grass. I kept saying I'm sorry God, I know it's the sabbath. Now I laid down this evening at 10:45 pm tried to mediate on God, was taking to him ask for help with the situation I was in. Mediation just couldn't do it so I got up starting listening to the CD you mailed me I love it. Thank you so much now listen to the devotion you sent on my email. It's almost midnight. Pray for me that I can sleep and mediate.
Was part of the retreat last week which really helped me change some of my habits. I now do a Verse of the Day from my Bible App first thing and have really not missed my Wordle (which I do at the end of the day now). I read a devo at breakfast. I also bought the book you used on the retreat and have really found it interesting. It's all been helpful but I want to remind you that you did not BLOW it. You now are more mindful and that is a step in the right direction and His mercies are new each day. Thanks for all you do to bring us all closer to our loving Father. Sharing your talent of music is such a wonderful ministry. We are all human and trying to be more like Jesus. He gets us and is super patient. Thanks.
It's late in the day...Dave..I missed this devotion in the am..as I did commit to keeping Sabbath..... .......I realize, that keeping to the morning devotions that mean so much to me, is a drawing to JESUS....yet it was good to stay off social media....that was good...yet mid day a family matter erupted....that required communication and prayer....continued prayers Dave ❤.....Praising JESUS through it all....I am so.." all or nothing ".. but meditation the past 24 hours was a balm to my soul❤
Thank you for the devotion❤ My meditation for this last week has been we judge angels and I don't understand that I'm sure when the time comes we will know but in the meantime I have a lot of interactions with angels in human form and have seen some things that don't make sense so I am praying and meditating on this have a great tour
