It is still over valued. A more realistic valuation would be 10% of peak price and that valuation is only possible if it matches Toyota for car sales.

This transportation issue should concern Tesla shareholders. Tesla has located each of its factories at locations totally dependent on trucking for both cars and raw materials. None of these factories has direct access to freight rail lines.

When a stock is so heavily shorted and expected to go bankrupt, as soon as it goes from that to super successful it is not a matter of what goes up must come down, its what goes down must come up. Tesla mostly recovered to where it supposed to be. It was overvalued for a while, but is yet again undervalued and has been for the better part of the year. If you understand innovation, production and AI you know what the company is worth. If you just crunch the numbers it won't help you one bit.

The first reason Tesla stock is coming down is because it was overvalued and bought by amateur investors who are putting their money where their emotions were. I know that Tesla is a tech and data company as much as it's a car company but u can't say It has market cap bigger than VW or Toyota while sales are idk... I don't think more than 10% of the latter
