My Prayers got out to Orange Beach and all who were affected by the storm. I was just there last month. I pray for complete restoration for this beautiful city.
Ugh. Not good. Praying for everyone effected 🙏🏼🌹
my house is gone i was in this hurricane
I live in North Carolina and as we all know NC is no stranger to hurricanes. They're intense and destructive storms and no longer considered only a coastal problem. I'm two hours from the beach and Florence brought 70 mph winds. My well built home felt like it was about to become a pile of rubble. We've had many storms but Hugo, Fran, Floyd and Florence will remain etched in my mind like they happened yesterday. Stay safe out there!
We're from Missouri and my dad has been there since the day it ended and has been helping picking up
My heart goes out to all
@Pumba Shut up
@Pumba JK bro 😝
Me too 😭😭
Pray everyone's safe out there!!
I'm 💔 be safe everyone.
Seeing those electric company trucks at the beginning...thank you to them...they are out right away...immediately to work on getting power back on for everyone as soon as possible. Very dangerous work and they certainly will have to be out there long hours.
We are not getting power until Tuesday. A big live oak fell onto on our lines
@@WantBadtime a whole bunch of trees fell ,broke, lines and poles all over south and central Baldwin county!! The line men needs our thanks for coming here!! They left there homes and families to help us !!
Still don't have power but I've seen the trucks get closer!!
Be thankful that its cool weather right. Now!! Be thankful you alive and reading this !! Lol
Sandra Koehler - Yep I was at the central of the Eye when it happened (Beulah) and we still got no power. Inspectors of Cox and Gulf Power came but can’t do anything until that tree is cut. :(
My heart goes out to the people affected by these hurricanes. 😥
And I thought this one was going to be a dud. Never underestimate a hurricane.
Proves the point, just because you thunked it dun't make it so.
This looks a whole lot better than it could have been. At least New Orleans didn't get wiped out again.
me to ,we have a trip for next week to orange beach hope it can reopen any updates from you would be heap full Thanks
@@eddiejackson5729 The beaches are going to be a mess for at least the next 30-60 days.
@Ren Hall Have you ever been to New Orleans?
easy to joke about it when you are not affected.
right
Ben Moore thank you
AMEN
Absolutely agree.
I don't personally live there but i know a friend that is down there, and I haven't heard from him since 2pm yesterday.
Some people just have no effen clue what happens during/after a hurricane. There is nothing here to joke about. Be safe and be strong to ALL on the coast. Everything can be replaced. Except a life. PEACE.
Wow 😲 never under estimate Mother Nature! Stay safe and thanks for sharing.
there is no mother nature but there's a God

Strange seeing all the boats in 'Dry dock.' This is errie -.-
@nancy ann mostly new boats low miles barely ran lol lol
Nice pun
Chris it is not lake Erie, that is the south
Prayers to all....and remember the pets too
Wow! What a mess! I hope everyone got through this storm ok.
While I hope everyone is safe on the rest of the Gulf Coast, I'm so glad that didn't hit here in the Crescent City. That would have devastated us here. And we have enough devastation to last us. Thanx for posting this.
Hey guys it’s bad. We are praying for you!
william devine did you actually pray or did you make a wish?
@@gottasay4766 whats wrong with saying i wish they stay safe? or i wish things were better for them?
exactly! NOTHING!
beverly robinson
Damn that looks just wrong. Shouldn’t those boats get tickets for being parked like that.
Not funny ☹️
Jose Rodriguez un peu
Jose Rodriguez it is
IAmaPersion Popa?
Dr Jane the nut drain has man hands.
OMG !!! DID U SEE THIS THAT's ???? how prices for the fuel can be so low?!
And free boats everywhere! Waterfront property too? Roll tide!
Yup!?!
Your state charges $1.00 per gallon for state taxes. Hows it working for you?
U must live in one of those demonpoop high taxed areas. Lol welcome to the south always cheaper
You must live in California with me
We were just there and it was so pretty.....sending love to that great land...🌏🌠🌅🌌🌙🐚
When you see a palm tree laying on the ground, that was a tornado that wrenched and twisted that tree. It breaks at about mid-stem, and can be flung down or out. These trees are heavy and they take quite a bit of force to break because of their fibrous nature. They are so happy and gallant! To see them on the ground, ruined, is very sad.
Thank you
God bless everyone in Alabama
$1.69/gal. in FL? It is needed $3.00/gal. in southern CA.
California regulations are among the toughest in the world when it comes to vehicle emissions and fuel regulations so the gas is taxed to the stratosphere as a result
Some of these shots are from Portland...?
Thank you this is very new I hope everyone okay we will pray for you things will replace please be a witness stay alive keep strong with hope help is on the way
Great coverage,Thanks SCV ! Stay safe.
Let's pray 🙏
i'd like to tell his holiness to stop sending hurricanes up our way. keep 'em out at sea where they belong. and to stop making viruses too. if it isn't too much trouble for him/her/it.
@@TheLinuxYes this not belongs to God, its unfortunatelly natural disasters, why put God on this??
@@TheLinuxYes God didn't make the virus....China did. But you know that.
@@mickeytollison gee......i thought god made everything on earth and in heaven. wow you shocked me with that one. i guess he/she/it is not the supreme being after all.
@@sewilho because God made everything on earth and in the heavens. duh!
Having just gone thru Paulette here in Bermuda and Teddy is not far away....I’m just curious why were so many boats not pulled out? There was plenty of warning, yes?
StormChasingVideo okay sure. No problem
Is this salt water from a storm surge, or fresh water deposited from rainfall? I hate to think of all the residual damage that salt would do if it is saltwater.
Storm surge
@@claudioriondino178 Yeah, then that's gonna suck for corrosion.
You wake up in the morning and you have a marina full of boats in your front yard..!!
That is, if your yard is a yard, and not an empty lot...
Do you get to keep the ones you like?
@@longhrn774 Sure, you just make a sign that says "BOAT RENTALS"
Praying for Navarre Beach and all people.
We left Gulf Shores monday evening from The lodge resort on the gulf. The water was taking up the beach area,
Nice work ! Thank you !
The boat shops are like JACKPOT!!!!!
Seeing that boat tilted to one side on the highway gave me a chill! 😖
Hey Carl, you member where we parked the battle wagin?
vOCesUGa1 She’s fired her last broadside.
Lmfao
Some thing is very wrong in this video ,all boats are parked on dry land and all cars are parked in water .weird place
This is absolutely ridiculous how so much rain can cause this much havoc in such a short time
Thanks for sharing..stay safe.
The sign says No Parking but why the boat park there ? Oh I hope everyone and the owner of the boat is ok
We were in Mexico Beach for Michael I feel your pain.
gave you a medal
That place got wiped clean....
Whose boat is this boat?
I’m in South Alabama and it’s just been raining since last night. No winds really just rain. It’s kinda slowed down now
John Mitsubishi Dothan area
Was that the boat from Gilligan's Island where is Mary ann
Im praying for All family .
Sad. God bless you all!
How many hurricanes is too many hurricanes?
Why boats parked on the road ?
I don’t see the type of damage you’d expect based on the radar indicted wind speeds. I’m guessing most of this area is newer-ish construction - if so maybe that’s why. Which is a great sign if those 140mph radar winds were hitting like 110 or so on the ground.
Cya one house without a roof is not CAT2 damage. Widespread damage, many homes with no roofs, trees crushing cars and homes, that would be CAT2 damage. At least from this video I’m not seeing the level of damage I’d expect, which is a good thing since it means homes are being made better.
Living North of New Orleans I sympathize but so glad it stayed East of us that would have been the perfect game ender for the city
I never know why they build houses from wood in those areas?
Because it floats? :) Why would they not use wood? The USA is blessed with abundant lumber.
Me too
John Mitsubishi yes I never understand why the houses and buildings is the wood if is no safe about hurricane.
John Mitsubishi I think in florida too
Brian K That’s actually a good idea. You won’t have to worry about hurricanes, tornadoes, or hurricanes. People from other countries can’t understand why American houses are built out of wood. 🤷🏻♀️
And as fast as you can say "Sally", everybody either HAS a boat in their yard, or NEEDS one.
pray everyone's safe out there
Street Signal lights...Great shot.. says it all
Gas is cheap down there. That was only a class 2 but with a lot of storm surge. This stuff makes Michigan winters easier to live with for me, anyhow. Rebuild folks and good luck.
We wish we could get this water in california
I wish you could as well!
I was down their last year for a vacation and a couple days before the hurricane we left. And we saw the big clouds rolling in but didn’t much about until we heard the news
Gas at 1.69???
pray for them, , condolences to all. I see that boat and it landed literally stuck and yet who wants to go out on that, I'm out its stuck, gilligan.
Wtf $1.69 for gas?!? It’s $3.20 plus... for reg unleaded in CA...
Exactly, here in WA too. I wonder what a pack of smokes cost there? The greedy pricks up here are charging $10 a pack, where in Vegas I was paying $3.40.
That's because CA is against US oil production and won't let us drill off their coast. Gulf states are build on oil production. Drill baby drill!
Cigs are 5.95 here
$1.42 in Michigan.
@@chrisphillips4021 - Thanks, where Alabama?
whos boat is this boat
this hurricane is so strong it can take down a whole car!
Turned a lot worse than most thought it would be, you always have to stay prepared.
Prayers for all!
It's very Sad to hear about Sudden Weather changes On Earth.
Me podrian decir donde fue
Category does not go by flooding. I'm traveling East right now to help.
Hi me and my family went to Florida for my bday it’s September 13 and we were in it
On the bright side some people got new boats!
While others get screwed because they deal with Progressive Insurance.
Even on the otherside of America is having issues west coasts has fires and in the east has a hurricane hope all them the best of luck
I go here on vacation every year around June so it sucks to see such a familiar place look so wrecked up like this.
Welp, they've got about a year to fix things there before I return.
Good thing I checked out the Hangout when I did.
Hate to see all this damage! We were there on vacation the week prior to Sally. Whew!
Lake Charles was destroyed by LAURA, but that was yesterday's news. Back in 2005 RITA gave Lake Charles 9ft storm surge 35 miles from the gulf, but nobody talked about it because a lot of people in N.O. who live BELOW SEA LEVEL didn't leave. LAKE CHARLES is 10ft.above sea level and 35 miles inland as the crow flies.
🙏 sent from Michigan 😔
Thoughts, Tweets and Prayers.
Will they retire this storm??
Sally is a girls name so she sued for 1,000,000 she won.
Samosa Sosa LMFAO 😂😂
Praying for you all...God help your people you are the creator.❤️
Can’t believe Sally wasn’t retired
Boats parked on land. Cars parked in water. 2020 is making everything topsy turvy
Boats strewn about like they were little toys wow
it's get worse, I wonder what's the next? stay safe.
Boats on land, cars in water. Again.
I live in Gulf shores, going on 2 days without power
Very sad for all these people,to many bad things in a short period of time 😞
Imagine if you just flew in from Asia your first time in the U.S.A after watching Jeff Foxworthy on the plane and you landed there right after the storm seeing all the boats laying in everyones yard.
that's oddly specific...
If we're talking about filipinos then that's kinda normal since we get triple the amount of landfall compared to the US sometimes a Category 5 landfall every one or two years. If anything we would be surprised because you have expensive boats in land instead of, well literal tanker ships.
*DAMN*
gas is CHEAP there!!

Сразу видно качество выполненных работ строителей 😱
1:04 Take a good look at it. It'll be fore sale in a view months on a dryer land. OUCH.. See that's when you see rust on the shock towers & The trunks area. The back deck glass where your speakers are. And why the bottom of the doors are all rusted out. Because it spent some time underwater. And I can tell you through recovery work that automobiles interiors are saved after being totaled out so they can possibly go back into one of these cars that the inside is wasted. Hard times coming here.
I was thinking about moving there cause the warm weather..
It's warm there too but you get some great breezes coming through.
@@oceandrew thanks, I will look it up..
I live here. It hurts
Seen a lot worse -- those camps built to code stood up pretty well. Living on the coast is sustainable as long as you build up and have a metal hip roof instead of gabled.
Wow lot of damage for a cat 2. Where under flash flood watch I'm on east coast.
I got 24 1/2 inches. Haven't checked the gauge yet.
@@samosasosa6684 where are you at? Stay safe that's a lot of rain & river's still rise after the rain is gone.
Yeah they're thinking about recategorizing it to a 3 because the system that tracks it got screwed by the storm so they don't really know how strong it got.
Wow was there last week
I wish them all a speed recovery
Well no protester here
My prayers go out to you. 🙏🙏🙏
OMG! I hope nobody did get injured.
Incredible, that house still has power 1:48

looks like the ol'battle wagon met its match this time. Could you imagine watching this and saying "omg that's my boat!!". Praying all these people are safe because material things can always be replaced, human life can't.
