Update for me, IT WORKS :) thanks bruhh. My problem before is every 2sec i got jumping Packet Loss but after doing every step from 1:40 - 6:00 my loss stable at 0%

Nope, unless i get fiber internet there will always be occasional packet loss. Gg. Edit: Nvm opened some ports and that helped.

I have a similar issue i lose around 600-700 packets per game. I lose 1 packet every 5-10secs its very annoying.
