I completely understand OP from story 1. My parents wanted a boy and a girl. My sister came first and then I (another daughter) was born. Unfortunately I did not have anything resembling OPs grandparents. The abuse was horrific and I left as soon as 12:01 AM hit on my 18th birthday. Trying to talk to any adult about what was going on was always met with phrases similar to "don't tell lies about your godly parents". 🙄 CPS did absolutely nothing when I reached out 😔

In my darkest moments I wonder if me no longer being alive will make the world a better place for everyone that knows me. I graduated with a bachelor's degree and live an okay life. I'm three years into therapy and still trying to find the right anxiety medication for my very anxious brain.
