Being faced with the inevitability of death is never a comfortable experience, but it's something we have to come to terms with if we are to truly live. Most of us live our lives in complete denial that our time on this planet is finite and it results in an enormous amount of time and energy being wasted on trivial things. If you were to live in absolute recognition that any breath could be your last, then you will live totally and make every moment count; this is truly living!
