- It has been so long since I last went into a Mosque and prayed due to so many reasons. I was so lost and afraid to reveal to the world my faith but now I am in a good place to confront reality and accept my religion willingly.
I understand this will shock many of you due to my appearance or my previous actions/activities. Now, I have turned away from such things and focusing on bettering my understanding of my faith and religion. I ain't perfect but I try to do the right things and hopefully, my story will touch those with similar backgrounds.
Yes, China indeed treats Muslims better than Western countries but the Western media showed you biased reports on China. I have been living a China for a while and I haven't seen any signs of oppression here.

What I admire most about China regarding religion is how they are able to separate religion out of politics. This way religion can't be exploited as a tool to cause friction or division in society.

There are halal restaurants everywhere in Chinese cities, Han people also like to eat there. I like to eat at Lanzhou Lamian, which is famous in China. You could try it next time, 兰州拉面.

My favorite city in China. Gansu has the best food and the sweetest people and not a lot of western short term visitors.
Islam has flourished since ancient times along the belt and road in China due to influence of Arab traders. It will continue to flourish but in the West it is treated with disdain especially now in the Netherlands.

If you ever come to Hong Kong, there are plenty of halal food options. Halal Chinese food, Pakistani food, and so forth. The mosque in Wanchai has a Chinese restaurant where you can get halal dim sum.

Thank you so much for speaking the truth. I’m a Chinese and now in US. Lots of people around me have too many misunderstandings and preconceptions about China. The news, social media ..been making lies about China all the freaking time. That just hurt me so bad. Especially when someone start to telling me what “real China” is . When I ask them have they ever been to China? Where did they learn those fake words from ? They would tell me that they never been to China, they heard those from news from social media and blah blah blah. But they rather believe those fake stories. Cause deep in their hearts they don’t want to believe China is a good country. So it’s ridiculous when they talking about Chinese people got “brain washed” by Chinese government , obviously they are the real ones got brainwashed by their government.

Chinese people are culture people. But sad some countries are treating overseas Chinese badly, makes Chinese as second class citizens even though Chinese has successfully built up those countries but yet are not appreciated. Chinese are peaceful people but don't over push. Chinese people will fight back even sacrifice their lives. As President Xi say China has 1.4 billions population, also overseas Chinese estimate are 300 thousands Chinese people.
There are more than five million Chinese in the US alone, and there are Chinese in every country, so it is actually 30-60 million depending on who you include.

The trouble is, while people can 'believe' anything they want ...IF.... any god/Allah actually existed and it really made ANY difference at all, who they worshipped and prayed to ...then the 'believers' who are getting it right would clearly be getting some kind of noticeable favouritism. It would be completely and totally IMPOSSIBLE to hide it. Their Prayers would noticeably often get answered and not ignored.

What has religion got to do with governing?
China has people of various religions in the law and legislative making body of the N.P.C.
That is separate from the government and they make the rules. They elect the leaders of the country and they can dismiss any leader they choose if they feel that person is not doing the job.

Why did the Uyghur Tribunal in London say they couldn't find any "concrete evidence" of the claims? A tribunal set up by the British and Americans to "get China". The tribunal made two official requests to the British government asking for evidence, but received none. They(UK & US) made the mistake of having British judges; they took the job seriously.

Am I to assume that you don't know what re-education camps are and what is being done there? These are from actual people who suffered there. And these testimonies are not from one, not two, not three, but four different families with with five or six family members each. Surely these family members are all liars, when they say this is being done to them systematically by the government, not just one or two individuals who cross the line.
