Hi, if i take funds from my parents will IRCC ask me my parents bank statement or Income tax returns?
Also, mutual funds or provident fund can be considered as POF for EE?

    Thanks for the info
    I have a simple question:
Will the officer ask to check my proof of funds at the airport interview when i land to complete my PR ?
Should i have all the fund in cash or (some in cash and the rest in my bank account)

Yes. They may ask for the proof of funds documents at the airport. You need to keep all the documents ready. There is a limit of how much cash you can carry when travelling abroad. Stick to that limit and rest in bank account (preferably Canadian)

Hi I got OINP nomination, I can meet the funds requirements on my own but taking extra money from my elder sibling for safety. Do I still need to show gift deed?

You can if you want to. But you can keep extra money in a separate bank account if you don't want to submit additional proof. Consult a registered immigration consultant if needed

Hello . I received ITA under Federal skilled category recently. I do have a full time permanent job here as a dental assistant but is not supported by LMIA. I do not have enough funds in my account. What can be done in this case? I would really appreciate your insight in this. 🙏

You can go for a gift deed from a friend or a family member. I took a gift deed in my case

Thanks very much, my dear, for this nice video. Please, I have a question: If I get a part-time job offer with my study permit and I apply for PR under FSW, will I still show the proof of funds under FSW?
