It’s interesting it has taken this long to officially recognise the rich diversity that exists among the Philippines 🇵🇭 people.from the African descendants,the indigenous peoples and those of European descent. The people of the Philippines have a great wealth of heritage that is rightfully being celebrated and acknowledged.🇵🇭❤️🙏🏾

She is being low-key, passive aggressive, implying that the usual beauty standards of the Phillipines is what's "normal." It sounds like she's saying the light-skinned standard is what's best, but Chelsea is not really more beautiful because she isn't very fair-skinned.
