I love parsley and use it in my food weekly. One of my favorite recipes is; two large bunches, s&p, two. cloves of garlic, juice of a lemon and 1/2 cup of tahini. Blend until smooth and use it on top of EVERYTHING, lol. Potatoes, pasta, a bread dip, etc.
All fresh herbs buddie are good for you .not just parsley .google health benefits of herbs .have fun there’s a lot to learn . 👍 remember nothing is good for you that comes out of a bottle ,fresh is best . 👍☺️
@@dantemingione779 oil is considered a process food and should be consumed in limited quantities. Check out Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn on YT who explains why oils are questionable. Like they say, all thing's in moderation.
@@jodrew1845 highly disagree on his take on it however I do agree moderation is key with everything in life. I disagree that oil is considered a processed product considering the only ones you should be consuming is unrefined cold pressed oils. A lot of studies he cites uses sunflower and canola oil as their oil in question. I think everyone’s different but EVOO has never done me wrong 🤙🏼 I cook with avocado, drizzle with olive when needed, and put coconut on my hair and body lol

My garden is full of parsley, they are so invasive :P The root is also healthy and can be juiced for kidney problems. Nice video !

Dried when it come to parsley is not as good as fresh but you still will derived benefits from eating the dried in dishes.
