I love that in Daughter of Evil the guillotine is a side note in the song since Rin was vilainised and therefore is deemed better to be forgotten by the people and the song serves to give us the same impression.
Then in Servant of Evil we see it from Len's eyes hear his sorrow and love for Rin and while he's not made out as a hero, he's seen as a person only acting from love and then the guillotine is made far more audible and the music cuts for a second to make us realise, that it wasn't the woman who ordered so much death who died, rather it was the man who simply loved his sister.
Then Regret Message comes and throws Rin's guilt and sorrow into our face.

I’m five years late, but let me explain:
Rin and Len were twin children of royalty. They were split apart for an unknown amount of time as kids, until Rin became the princess when they were 14, and Len became her servant. They did spend time together, however Rin was a bratty teen who did what she wanted with her power, taking money from those beneath her and indulging in whatever she liked. They visited a nearby town, and Len fell in love with Miku, and Rin fell in love with KAITO, but unfortunately he also was in love with Miku. Rin ordered someone to burn the nearby village to the ground, while Len was ordered to personally kill Miku. He did so, and had some regrets, but he did it for Rin, so in his mind, it was okay. After a while, the townspeople were so fed up with Rin that they all banded together and raided the castle, with the goal of capturing her. On their way, Len had the idea to swap clothes and hairstyles with Rin. They were twins, no one would notice. And no one did. They captured Len, thinking he was the princess, while Rin got away scott-free. When it came time to behead the princess, Rin showed up. Len was there, smiling, ready for his sacrifice, as the blade came down. It was then that Rin realized the consequences of what she’s done. Her brother, the only one that’s truly been there for her, was taken because of her own ego. But it was too late, the blade had already fell. Rin spiraled into depression, simply wishing that she, in the next life, can be his twin again.

Guys am I the one who thought all the story like "But, why didnt Allen just wait untill Riliane escape, then reveal the thruth like "Wait! İts not Queen! The Queen made me do that!" or something like that? And then show his chest to prove it? Of course they would search for Riliane but it couldve be forgotten like after 1 month? And then Riliane and Allen couldve live together! " Or am I just a booper?
You underestimate the hate held by the people and by Kaito(don't know all the character's names so I'll use the names of the Vocaloids sorry).
The man was hellbent on getting revenge for Miku, wouldn't surprise me if he started a crusade across every kingdom to find Rin and he would not forget.
Not to mention she pretty much declared genocide on an entire country when she was hunting Miku, all the families who lost a green haired member aren't likely to forget.
Finally Len loved Rin way too much to put the threat of a manhunt on her, not to mention if I remember correctly Meiko(the red swordswoman) recognized Len as who he was since they were step siblings in universe, I don't know the entire situation, but I think they made a deal and agreed to keep it secret that Rin was alive.
When the lyrics get in "Of green" miku sing's it i just like "BUT YOUR GREEEEEEN"
