The reason why they break partnership with RUclips is just a contract issue.

So Korean broadcasting companies decided to stop theirs uploads for domestic viewers on RUclips but they continue their uploads on Naver or Daum for Korean viewers as they had done before on RUclips You can check out if you visit here . tvpot.daum.net/ or tvcast.naver.com/. Above all (I guess this is the main reason that you questioned), To your relief, The article says they continue their video uploads for international viewers.
