- Those stages aren't normally included in this mode, I made a script for stages to run along the game so I'm not using any sort of turn on/off methods, I completely changed the way of the stages loaded so that every match will have a different stage but always at the same order. This mod doesn't mess with any of the battles so it doesn't harm any files or crash the game. Working on a few stages as well, let me know your suggestions if you have any spots on any battlefields.

My goodness, the nostalgia.
The Zhao Yun VS Lu Bu match was really intense towards the end. Zhao Yun just risked so much and did ridiculous dodges with his 1st charge attack. But Lu Bu is a tricky match up. He's scary when the player knows how to use his 1st charge attack efficiently.
Zhen Ji vs Diao Chan was also very interesting seeing strong 1v1 mechanics from these characters. You have Diao Chan with her very quick 1st charge attack and her running attack that stuns. Then there's Zhen Ji with her zone control with her 1st charge attack, her spacing with her 3rd charge attack, and then her Musou attack that's guaranteed damage due to it grabbing the enemy.
Zhang He is also pretty good because of his 1st charge attack being a dodge and potential counter-attack. If I remember correctly, I think Zhang He also has a running attack that stuns.
That was really neat to watch. Nice video.

I wish the next Dynasty Warriors had an online multiplayer 1v1 or any game mode where there's teams to where you can have a 5v5 (or more) battle against other players.
If I took over Koei, I'd make drastic changes from changing the AI to be a little more difficult like back in DW 4 to adding a LOT more features than just a story mode rpg. None of that "loot boxes" or "pay to win" shenanigans either.

I really miss that move, it was pretty badass and had some great uses.

If stages not in game, how you get them? Some unused data or you added them yourself? If its the latter case, maybe add some characters next?

Right? I tried many, many times to get inside but I don't think I ever managed to get there in time.
@@Peashant2142well, I actually passed it by defeating Xiahou Dun right on after the battle begins, then the gate opened and go up the castle with the stairs, and jump down to sima yi & cao cao position

I absolutely loved the move sets in this game. By far my favorite dynasty warriors
Wowwowowowow these are cool as fuck ( suggestions : inside Xu Chang castle, Cheng du's gate , Cheng du's forest, Yi Ling's Watch tower, hidden path in Yi Ling , Shi ting's city, Shi Ting's top floor thingy, Shi ting's fields, the capital in Hu lao gate [possibly on fire?] , boats in Chi bi, chi bi alter, Xia Kou's boats, docking area in xia kou, Jian yi main camp [one with the trees], nanman's swamp , nanman's forest , fan castle. I feel like thats a lot. = / sorry lmao)
I added a few more the last week but I did not upload a video of them. Putting these stages are harder than you would think, they take a lot of work. Chengdu's Gate and Xu Chang's Palace are already in this video.
ShadowRunner 2730 really, I didn't notice I guess lol.(guess I'll re-watch to find the gate and the palace. ) I don't expect any of them to be done anyway, it *IS* a lot to do and, as you said, they're hard to make (but wow I get a response hi thanks)
So long it isn't dumb, I'll respond to it. All of what you said can be done within my knowledge. I can also make that Luo Yang place in Fire and add tla feature which reduces players' health slowly. I did the Nanman stage but it isn't in this video.

Player 2s biggest flaw is the fact that he rarely block turns.

Well warriors Orochi 3 ultimate does have a PVP mode.
Warriors Orochi 2 does have it too

this is off topic but i just found your video about a tenchu 3 mod you did. Well, that was my favourite game back in time and this question sure is stupid but... could it be possible (in theory) to make a mod to play tenchu 3 online or something like that? it would be awesome..

No power around that topic unfortunately. Online games always involved making servers and stuff which I can't do. Sorry for not being able to help, I'd love to make this game online as well if I could. Is this only for dynasty warriors 4 xtreme legends? I've played the original dynasty warriors 4 nothing like that happens with a big life bar.
I stated in the description that I made this through a script, so it's basically done with mods.

Is this only for the PC version? Or there is a way to mod this kind of stuff into the ps2 version as well?

They should have made it that u have this much health in the vs mode I’m not sure about the musou but health fosho
What you think is very understandable, however the mod includes a Rage system that deals more damage when health is red and also gives them the Fire Orb. With a Musou bar that can be filled so easy, the person with the red health will be twice as strong. I've already tried it without the Musou Bar being that long, but for balancing reasons, I made it longer so no one spams Musou Attacks every now and then.

I'm glad you enjoyed the video, however I ended up adding about 8 more stages to the mod and made some more improvements to the experiment. I might record another video with the updates sometime.
