As a female the main culprit are the female hormones. She could have PCOS or PCOD or anything for the matter! You should really think before hurting someone's self-esteem like that. If you ever watched Tanmay's previous Vlogs you would see how much Aishwarya mentioned she needs to lose weight - that should be enough indication that she isn't 'intentionally' gaining weight. Secondly, you are also hurting Tanmay's sentiments by comparing her weight gain being equivalent to Tanmay's looks. Both of them have shown every now and then in their Vlogs that they are trying to lose weight. Tanmay even has videos showing him working out with a personal trainer. It so sad that I have to type this here when you so call 'followers' have seen their journeys and still bring them down like this. Please be mindful of your words. I am not speaking for everyone, but there are many people out there who are working so hard to be on a healthy weight scale but unfortunately their health problems are getting in the way.
