Logically, Windsong is a skip, with how much Star units they give us, and both can clear all content, Lucy being easier to acquire, limited and being more flexible by being Intellect makes her the better choice. Windsong is great, but Lucy and Kak are units to secure for comfort for the average player.
Windsong strong yes but needed not really cause she no different than other non-limited character in her role. Heck i have a feeling bp will consider rework the raid boss HP mechanics or same kind of restriction that make Windsong can not oneshot from 23-50k to 900k
I don’t think they will do that, that will make windsong unusable. If they really want to balance windsong, aim for damage not mechanics. Seeing windsong just powercrept jiu, or stronger a bit than lucy with afflatus advantage, the only advantage of limited banners are the exclusivity.

I'm skipping windsong on main acc while pulling her on other acc. Also I'm already planning on getting 37 potray on this upcoming 1.9 patch. 1 from the buyable selection chest, and the other one is from the selector banner. Eventhough I'm missing out on 6 I just doesn't really care about him that much.
a blessing in disguise. If you pull Vila then it's almost so tempting to pull for Windsong too with how well she can take advantage of Vila buff. At least now you are guaranteed for Kakania also Gl on lucy pulls 🤞

So what are my odds since I got lucky for Vila on 10 pull hard pity cap. I have around 40ish pulls on the account now that I am grinding. I stayed dedicated on pulling for Lucy ever since her release announcement on CN server but when I thought of it for Windsong, I could build a crit/followup team with W.S, 37, vila and voyager but I also thought of a another team as "the advantage team" with Lucy, 6, Mercuria and I just need to get another opportunity to pull Isolde, Isolde will benefit me greatly for spathodea.
I Skip her for lucy eventually windsong come part to the normal pull and spook in every time for this reason is BEST pull for lucy the limit charaters no returns

the PV for CN 2.2 would’ve been out by the time the last day of Windsong banner hits Global so that should inform you of the summonable characters (afflatus-wise) there.
