I cannot download any files in my iphone. I get this warning "no internet connection" whenever I try to download something. What seems to be the problem in this case? I can download the same file in my computer.

how about iphone that becomes no internet when screen is off for a while?
Go to settings
Go to cellular data options
Voice and data 5G On
Data mode standard

Didn’t work. Also cant even view it on web browser just says no internet. Everything else works fine
Non of this helped me. I removd my VPN from my phone as it seemed to turn on automatically once I used it first. That fixed it for me.
