Noida police failed to protect the crime scene. Noida police failed to collect evidences. Noida police failed to follow basics of investigation. They should have search surrounding areas for Hemraj not in Nepal. Noida police did not search Hemraj's room for any clues. May be they have went after 25000 INR offered by Dr. RajeshTalwar Noida police took this case as simple as a pick pocketing. Noida police did not use their brain (if they would have) If police was vigilant and capable, the murderers would have been caught before Aarushi's cremation. This is a clear case of cop's negligence from the first day of the murder. Later it turn around to protect their own faces. Circumstantial evidences are against the parents and of course, the safest people who can do the two murders in that flat are the parents. If the killer is an outsider why he should steal only the victims mobile phones only? and why he should thorn only Aarushi's phone in waste bin? Everything happened on that day is suspicious. It was a well planned well scripted murders. Police knowingly or unknowingly become the partners of the crime and later, when they realize it become a national attention they tried to protect the face. By that time all evidences gone, no finger prints (even they did not collect Aarushi's finger prints). Only they found that whiskey bottle on the table has blood of both victims. That was the only major finding of the forencic and police from the crine scene. First day everybody thought that Hemraj killed Aarushi and ran way to Nepal. After Hemraj's body found everybody scripted that they were in relation and parents killed them. At the end murderers escaped so easily. (if it is parents or someone from outside) I strongly believe that still the cops can find the murderer if they properly handle without any external influences. Anyways if the parents did it, they ruined a good future of brilliant girl. If its done by someone else, they killed 4 not 2. She was in 30s if she was alive now and must be in a higher social and professional status than her friends has now. RIP Aarushi..🌹

Aarushi was not such a girl having relation with an old man. She was very bold and she had given value to her life. UP police spoiled the case, even a ten year old NCC cadet can think and act better than what Police did on this case. I have followed this case from the begining.. there are many incidents that point towards parents , mother's reaction on seeing the body in front of her maid "hemraj ne kiya hai ye".. parents did not call the police first, they called their friends .. father not giving keys to the gaye of roof.. hemraj was killed by golf stick which belonged to father, he did not know where it was, but then few days later police found it inside their home with blood stains on it

But it’s police duty to check and they don’t have to listen the father. What a lame excuse. What if Hemraj had been hiding on terrace or Ram away from there. Although sometimes parents behaviour seems sus but she was there only daughter and they pampered her a lot even the father's affair theory was made by police to close the case as soon as possible but the theory was found false. There was some evidence of multiple people being present at the house at the time of the incident ( which are estimated to be hemraj's friends). CID tested the parents theory of ac sound and it was found true. Aarushi was killed by Nepali knife. Hemraj's friend krishna was also Nepali and assistant of aarushi's father who just had a fight with the father and has threatened to destroy he's life.
Arushi was 14. According to another new video at the time, the maid was informed by the mother at the time of entering the house itself something along the lines of "look at what Hemraj did to Arushi" Parents were acquitted by the court.

I think Arushi's case similar to medelien maccain jo sirf 3 saal ki thi when she disappeared from resort. While her parents were dining with friends. Arushi ke parents bhi doctor hai and arushi ko IVf through conceive kiya. Parents did it beyond doubt.. There are numerous things that point towards parents... The most important part is the body of hemraj which was found at terrace.. Parents made sure that no body goes on the terrace the day arushi was found dead..
But what was the motive behind such a gruesome murder of their own daughter?? Why would the parents kill their daughter and go to such extremes to prove themselves innocent?? As per the latest theory, an anonymous person named mr.x was involved behind this double murder case. This guy was known to both Hemraj and Arushi, but not to Krishna and her parents. On that fateful night, he was invited by Hemraj to Talwar's house for a drink, Hemraj let him in, they share drinks and after sometime, they both go to the terrace for some personal conversation. Upon reaching the terrace, they talk for a while, but soon an argument breaks out possibly over money(as per latest theory) and Hemraj shows denial. Meanwhile, our Mr.X having some personal scores to settle with hemraj was already in possession of a sharp object, possibly a khukri, pulls it out and brutally kills Hemraj. While leaving the terrace, he leaves his fingerprints on the walls, locks the terrace door, keeps the keys with himself and moves downstairs to enter the room once again. Upon entering the room, he stays there for a while, takes some whiskey and while he was bout to leave the house, he realises that he would definitely get caught if he let arushi live since she must have seen him entering the room that night. With an intent to kill Arushi, he enters her room, strikes her head with either a golf stick or a khukri's cover knocks her out unconscious, slits her throat and leaves the Talwar's residence. I would like to add one thing here is that this Mr.X wasn't a professional killer, he could not get caught, because of the negligence of UP police and her ability to secure the crime scene and preventing the tampering of evidence. Mr.X had left many clues and traces at the terrace, but the UP failed to collect and preserve them for a conclusive investigation. As a consequence, Mr.X could never be found, he had the keys and the murder weapon and was still roaming freely after killing 2 people.

At first, the parents accused Hemraj of the crime, suggesting that he had fled. However, the key to the terrace where crucial evidence was later discovered wasn’t handed over to the police for nearly two days. Had the police forced open the door sooner, the investigation might have avoided this critical delay. There were also allegations that the parents were involved in controversial activities, such as wife swapping, which reportedly caused tension between the daughter and her parents, according to email exchanges reviewed by the police. Given that there was no evidence of forced entry, it seems unlikely that an outsider was involved. Furthermore, the injuries found were consistent with a blunt weapon, which the police identified as a golf club found at the scene. So, I feel the judgement was justifiable with the evidences available then.
A third person known to both Hemraj and Arushi, but unknown to the Talwar duo and their compounder Krishna had killed Arushi and Hemraj both. He wasn't a professional killer, he could not get caught, because the crime scene was heavily disturbed, his finger prints were swept away by the rainfall and UP police failed to collect and preserve crucial evidence pointing towards him. The reason why he never came to the limelight and easily escaped the investigation. It wasn't a pre planned or well executed murder.
He did all the things a criminal would do to not get caught which includes deleting the traces behind him still he left many which couldn't be found because of sheer negligence on behalf of UP Police. Same shit is happening in this RG kar rape case. CBI is again clueless and depending on circumstantial evidence to come to a logical conclusion.

Arushi was the only child ,well loved and confident, she had a bf too so if something like that happened she would have told her parents or someone about it. And no new servant from another country in new place would dare something like that specially with such an influencal family. Aarushi was not such a girl having relation with an old man. She was very bold and she had given value to her life. If we think from the murderer's point of view, from the time of the murder, everything has happened exactly as he wanted. Was it coincidence or was it all scripted..? don't know. I think this case diary should be included in the syllabus of criminology as an example of how to get rid of a murderer by eliminating all evidences.

I have followed this case from the begining.. there are many incidents that point towards parents , mother's reaction on seeing the body in front of her maid "hemraj ne kiya hai ye".. parents did not call the police first, they called their friends .. father not giving keys to the gaye of roof.. hemraj was killed by golf stick which belonged to father, he did not know where it was, but then few days later police found it inside their home with blood stains on it

All police needed to break that door of the keys were not available right away. Police just easily blamed parents because they messed up the case the moment they were on the crime scene. Although sometimes parents behaviour seems sus but she was there only daughter and they pampered her a lot even the father's affair theory was made by police to close the case as soon as possible but the theory was found false. There was some evidence of multiple people being present at the house at the time of the incident ( which are estimated to be hemraj's friends). CID tested the parents theory of ac sound and it was found true. Aarushi was killed by Nepali knife. Hemraj's friend krishna was also Nepali and assistant of aarushi's father who just had a fight with the father and has threatened to destroy he's life.

As per the latest theory, an anonymous person named mr.x was involved behind this double murder case. This guy was known to both Hemraj and Arushi, but not to Krishna and her parents.
On that fateful night, he was invited by Hemraj to Talwar's house for a drink, Hemraj let him in, they share drinks and after sometime, they both go to the terrace for some personal conversation.
Upon reaching the terrace, they talk for a while, but soon an argument breaks out possibly over money(as per latest theory) and Hemraj shows denial. Meanwhile, our Mr.X having some personal scores to settle with hemraj was already in possession of a sharp object, possibly a khukri, pulls it out and brutally kills Hemraj.
While leaving the terrace, he leaves his fingerprints on the walls, locks the terrace door, keeps the keys with himself and moves downstairs to enter the room once again.
Upon entering the room, he stays there for a while, takes some whiskey and while he was bout to leave the house, he realises that he would definitely get caught if he let arushi live since she must have seen him entering the room that night.
With an intent to kill Arushi, he enters her room, strikes her head with either a golf stick or a khukri's cover knocks her out unconscious, slits her throat and leaves the Talwar's residence.
I would like to add one thing here is that this Mr.X wasn't a professional killer, he could not get caught, because of the negligence of UP police and her ability to secure the crime scene and preventing the tampering of evidence. Mr.X had left many clues and traces at the terrace, but the UP failed to collect and preserve them for a conclusive investigation. As a consequence, Mr.X could never be found, he had the keys and the murder weapon and was still roaming freely after killing 2 people.

However, the key to the terrace where crucial evidence was later discovered wasn’t handed over to the police for nearly two days. Had the police forced open the door sooner, the investigation might have avoided this critical delay. There were also allegations that the parents were involved in controversial activities, such as wife swapping, which reportedly caused tension between the daughter and her parents, according to email exchanges reviewed by the police. Given that there was no evidence of forced entry, it seems unlikely that an outsider was involved. So, I feel the judgement was justifiable with the evidences available then.
A third person known to both Hemraj and Arushi, but unknown to the Talwar duo and their compounder Krishna had killed Arushi and Hemraj both.
He wasn't a professional killer, he could not get caught, because the crime scene was heavily disturbed, his finger prints were swept away by the rainfall and UP police failed to collect and preserve crucial evidence pointing towards him.
The reason why he never came to the limelight and easily escaped the investigation.
It wasn't a pre planned or well executed murder.
He did all the things a criminal would do to not get caught which includes deleting the traces behind him still he left many which couldn't be found because of sheer negligence on behalf of UP Police.

@@AakashVerma-b8y I don't think so! Hemraj was new servant, her mom fired the previous servant who served them for almost 10 years because they saw hemraj was doing well! Arushi was the only child ,well loved and confident, she had a bf too so if something like that happened she would have told her parents or someone about it. I'm not saying the parents are culprits but why they trusted someone new that much?? And no new servant from another country in new place would dare something like that specially with such an influencal family. Something was wrong with parents as they used to lock her room and the only day her mom forget to lock her room both of them got murdered. An outsider would never dare to party in someone's house knowing the owners are present, never try to do wrongful things with owner's child, knowing parents are at home.
