Such a wonderful man and the love of his family is great. How he protected them from the media I think the world be better if a lot more would have followed in his foot steps. Always the greatest actor just love him. I am watching a marathon of him right now on Grit station.
Two movie greats. I actually shook hands with Scott. He came to my home town touring with one of his movies. I was 14 I think. He was in the lobby at intermission. He was very handsome and honest. I asked him if he really rode the bull in the movie and he smiled and said "they" wouldn't let him do that.
Your video is absolutely enchanting ! I'm not much familiar with this actor's works (saw only couple of movies), but I began figuring I missed another handsome guy of classic Hollywood !
@downhill240 What an amazing experience it must have been for you! As you are describing your meeting with Randy, I can imagine it and I am sure he was as nice as he always was in all of his movies. And although with years his screen image had become though and rugged, he always retained that adorable smile. I remember that scene with the bull, from "The Tall T", isn't it?
@AliceVonFrankenstein Oh yes I definitely can see your point about the "dark side" in a face, I have been always attracted myself to such type of faces that hypnothize. But yes after all at times simple, down-to-earth guys, especially looking like that, aren't bad either, are they? ;)
@irinagarbo , spontaneous videos often turn to be out the best ones. ...Usually I prefer faces with obvious darker side...but show me the girl who could resist cute boyish smile !
@AliceVonFrankenstein Thank you! I am glad you enjoyed my video. This was one of those spontaneous videos I just felt like making so I made it. And yes, Randy was SO handsome, I have a mad crush on him for about half an a year. I think his smile is so cute.
@irinagarbo , well, my "weakness" is mad scientists and troubled priests, so watching sweet good boy who didn't commit couple of mortal sins is ... kinda vacation.
Randolph Scott and Cary Grant lived together for a very long time and their relationship was an open secret...Watch them together in 1940 My Favorite Wife and you would have to be blind not to see the chemistry

Beautiful song and video collage. It brought me tears to my eyes.

@deszinator
Thank you my dear!
Mae west does what every woman wants to do with a man she finds attractive......rub his head and feels his hair with her hands. Marvelous.
@shanghaibenny2
Thank you so much!

Haha, no Randy certainly doesn't look like he has commited any sin, or maybe he is just hiding it too well :D
Randolph Scott exhibit so much class no matter the part he played. I think the movie industry was merely a business to him.
Eighteen???? Randolph Scott was around 38 when he did this film!
