Nice video. Always love seeing the inner workings of the business. Seems like collection buying should be more of a focus than those accessory pallets. I'm not sure if the profit margins are better with those pallets over collections. It just seems like a lot of labor and space is being taken up for those pallets. Maybe you should reconsider a 2nd round of purchasing them, in my opinion.
In my fulfillment experience your business would increase exponentially if you had a nightshift/mixed guy to have him process items to amazon with no distractions and the extra wage would not be an inconvenience from profits

Have you ever thought about separating your barn into quadrants? Whatnot, Amazon, shipping and receiving. I don’t know if it’s set up that way, but quartering it out might help.
How about all the Hobby Shop Ron another stuff in your storage buildings...is that stuff still being processed thru while you focus on receiving and selling collections?

I'm curious to know if another Hobby Shop Ron deal came knocking, a lot of inventory with value but also a lot of research time, would you do it? Ebay would likely have to be the main selling platform in this scenario, similar to how I assume Ron type items are sold. With What Not and moving fast being the priority is that type of deal no longer considered? Would you do it just for the amount of new videos it could generate, to mix things up? Ron videos were favorites to many. So I can see spending more time processing with the added value of more video variety being taken into consideration.
Do you guys restore the gamecube cases in any way? Or any game case? I have some old games and the cases are a bit dirty, i wiped them down with isopropyl alcohol and it helped a little, but they still could be cleaner. I looked into ordering replacement cases but can't find any new ones that say "nintendo gamecube" inside. Do you guys replace the cases?
I took a 6 month break from watching your channel and I have to say. Same old same old. I liked it better when you filming bats in your old barn. I know it is tough and the winters here in the area can be kind of depressing. Your volume is insane and the business you have built is amazing. I just wonder how you are doing sales wise with current market conditions. I feel the pace you get rid of stuff is why you are so successful. Meaning, if you still had all the video games from the huge game barn buy out you would have lost money since I am assuming video game collectibles have come down in price like everything else.
Its still crazy that Ebay is getting reduced, always saw you guys in the Ebay shirts, and Alpal is a GOAT at ebay, its understandable since the business is changing, but still seems risky I guess?
