    That frame really is a lovely piece of craftmanship, but hang on Henry ! - That gearbox isn't an 'Ariel' gearbox, it's a Burman gearbox (as fitted to Ariel, AJS, Matchless etc..) so it was FITTED to an Ariel, not MADE by Ariel !..

    that is a Burman box, also look at the gap between head and frame, are they not thinking about drag?, no doubt it will be fitted with ape hangers to increase frontal area: whatever, in between time as long as we're all having fun, Rock on fellahs.

    i Henry, I am a kiwi, I own a 1972 B50 Bsa, it sits un used in my shed because I can not find a pair of outer engine cases in good condition, Can you keep your eyes open for a pair for me, I would buy them from you. I recently turned 70 and wont to ride the bike again before I get too much older. I have not had any luck here, thanks,
