    Love your videos, they are very informative. You are able to explain things in a way that a newbie like myself am able to understand. Keep them coming

      Thank you! That is my goal for this channel. I am not a content creator, I am a Reefer looking to share info and ideas. I also invite everyone to further the conversation here in the comments. These videos are not lectures, they are a dialogue between us. If I ever get something wrong, I invite others to state their thoughts as well. Happy Reefing! 😁

    Awesome video Matt! I am often concerned about having too low of flow in my tank but with just having zoas, hammers and duncans, they seem to thrive in the lower turbulent conditions.

      Thanks Eric! Yeah it gets a little more complicated sometimes too because not every coral of the same species likes the same parameters. Some come from different parts of the world and may be better suited for certain conditions over others. But luckily they are very adaptable too! Thanks for checking out the vid! 😁

    Tank looks great ! Thanks for the video. Bro, you must be live in the reefing capital of the world. Seems like every month you’re going to a frag swap. That’s pretty cool. I’ll be going to my first frag swap since Reefapalooza NY back in June. Maybe get a video of the eye candy? 👀

    Definitely lower PAR than I was expecting; what are you getting around your Walt Disney?

      I think it’s around 260 at the WD Tenuis.

    I was a little shocked that peak was about 225-250, would guessed around 300, rest was easy it's so bright on those monties.

    • @Reefer_Matt
      @Reefer_Matt  7 месяцев назад

      Yeah, I’ve tried for 300 in the past, but the coral would start to bleach. I’m assuming it was because flow was lower then. I haven’t touched the light settings in about a year now. But I don’t plan on adding anything more, so it is good where it’s at. Thanks for checking it out and giving your feedback!

      Hey there! Thank you! I assume you are referring to the sps tank? It is about 4 1/2 years old.
