The E2 and 3F were quite similar in appearance. There are those who say that the E2 had some design flaws and as a result they weren't near as good as the 3F class engines. Seeing as the the last of the E2 class tank engines were scrapped back in the mid 1960's, it's pretty much a moot point.

All I see is Thomas the tank engine.
@@barkthespark6076 the jinty is actually better then his basis being a e2 that was basically a lemon

This sound like thomas and the magic railroad
1:18 Thomas pulling Annie and clarabel

With that snow everywhere it feels like I'm on the BR
Great video with lots of superb engines !
All I see is “Thomas and the trucks” & “Thomas’s train” lol
I LOVE THE CUTE LIL JINTYSS
Thomas + Oliver = Jinty
3F Jinty: **just randomlys moves around the railway**
That one 30 year old man: oh look! i know him! its thomas the tank engine!
Doesn’t he realize that the E2 class is extinct?
@@Boypogikami132 the jinty seems to be the closest thing left to the E-2s besides if you told me Thomas was based on the jinty I’d believe you

@@littlebacongreengreatweste2606 I know that but I ment the jinty is incredibley similar so if I didn’t know I wouldn’t doubt that jinty is thomas

I always say, "I love me a Jinty!"

Good nice movie in a cold time! Cheers
Most my favorites British steam engines
Super Jinty’s. Super video.
Amazing! Beautiful video! Greetings 🚂🥰👍🙋♂️
If this was in train sim world 3 It'd be a very safe bet as to what livery would be put on it
I like 3F Jinty, is the most close thing to my other favorite train E2
@Man With 9000 IQ yep e2 r trash they were not efficient and good
@@jonathancruz562 they were poorly balanced, which caused them to wobble from side to side, and they weren't powerful enough to do much of anything either
E2 is popular but not that good mostly the only thing it’s good for is shunting
@@jonathancruz562 there was 2 types: Normal E2 and Modified E2. The modifieds were more efficient than the normal e2s. So shut up.
Yes. They look so similar but both really useful engines
I know thomas was biased on the E2 but the 3F looks like him too
Tbh I feel like the 3F is the cousin to the E2
It is-
@@littleblue3fproductions-li183it isnt, as the jintys are from a whole other decade and company

Why does this sound like thomas the tank engine sound effects?
Because its a steam train
@@LHoriginal Ik but it sounds identical and the puffing sounds WERENT from engines
Cute little tank engines
This is probably a stupid question but, why would a heritage railroad pull what seems to be freight?
My main reason for watching this is because I wanna get the HO scale model, Anyone else?
Jinty!
That’s Boris’ basis!
I think I prefer thomas as a jinty in my head cannon, E2 thomas is a tad too...beefy if that makes any since
True, but Thomas's design is more of a compact E2. Less details.
@@Wheeljack214 yeah almost like you squeezed the juices outta it and you got thomas.

For me hes a mix of a jinty and a E2
Imagine if this was the real Thomas the tank engine
Thomas isn’t a jinty, he is a class E2 0-6-0
Close but not quite. Thomas was an E2 but the last of them were scrapped in 1965 or 1966. They are more than a bit similar in appearance, however.
Thomas was meant to be a jinty or j50
Jinty the tank engine!!!
It's looks like e2 I hope that isn't scrap
The Jinty’s are one of my favorite engines in the United Kingdom
