This is one of the very FEW channels I follow on YT that I leave a Like before watching!
Incredible! From house to home, it’s such a liveable space. The warmth of the flooring, curved architectural elements and furnisher. Clever use of space and enough storage. Well done team.
One of my favorite design channel to watch.
really love the before and after shots you show. its a real key factor in these videos where many other channels dont show. thank you. great work
For 1,100 sq feet 280,000 worked out to 254 RM per sq feet. I can only presume the budget did not extend to the 2 bathrooms (otherwise I am sure it would have also been shown in the video) Whilst one has to admit the work was very well executed, the cost seemed high for a property of that size. Any thoughts?
Soft furnitures and decorative items all included...except the bears.
Its not for the faint-hearted when comes to full upfitting.
@@linustw Also there was a window addede in the wet kitchen that was not there before.
I agree, It is very expensive for a 1,100 square feet unit, there is no WOW effect honestly
Coming from the US, that's a steal for this level of finishing.
Personally though, too much tan color for me.
@@bgeeshonestly, this is all very subjective, because what is important is that the owners enjoy living in it. A wow effect can look great as a piece of design but tiresome to live with.
And expenses can go way up depending on brands of furniture etc. too, so how much you want to spend is part of it
Hi Design seed team , I have fallen in love with your channel and projects! Do you do interior designs for international clients as well?
a grand applause 👏 👏 elegance at its sight well done alex im loving it. maybe when im building in the future i might approach you you're that good
That’s $65.048.21 US dollars. That’s a pretty decent amount of work for that cost. Although I didn’t hear that the kitchen or bathroom were area’s were touched ($$$$) which helped greatly with final cost tally, but the room transformed into a closet the mill work , and I’m guessing that the flooring mishap was on the condo developer since it is a new build and the popped tile was not the fault of the new homeowners, yes? That leaves furniture, the beautiful millwork, the buildout of the console, and the closet. Yeah, it was a decent price for the work and materials installed.😊
Wow.. I love the transformation. And video well presented too. ❤
The video needs to be at least 40 to 45mins long in order to fully appreciating the BEFORE and After Look and the work they put inside..much like the GRAND DESIGN series
The designs in this home is well well done.... Thanks for the inspiration
An absolutely incredible job, as always. I plan to retire to KL and purchase a condo in the KLCC area and would consider myself incredibly fortunate if I have an opportunity to work with your firm to customize my home. Cheers!
Please share rental friendly designs for small apartments. 🙏🏾 If you’re able to do a series on this, I think many of us would appreciate it.
Definitely needs to have the interior designer/furnishing included, otherwise you may create a space but the owners would not have known what / where to buy furniure to give it that end results. Excellent work and content to watch. Thank you.
New interesting memories are waving with your new home. 🥰
Amazingly done, true beauty love it. Thanks so much for all the tips.
Your home is your sanctuary. Choose every piece well because it will become your everyday part of your life.
Really well-done. Color palette is about the same as my home. Calm, soothing color palate. Did a great job!
Peach 🍑?
Very stylish and sophisticated. The space does look bigger and far more comfortable to live in. It’s not really my style, but I appreciate the design.
I live in Australia so I can’t really judge the cost - import prices here are insane.
Good Job Alex and Team😀👍
I appreciate the details and information provided including the price. Naturally, not everyone will love everything but I think there are parts of the renovation that can be inspiring for others. Personally, I like slightly a more tone down look (about 25% less bling) but it is a personal taste. Good job. Keep it up.
You got a lady that wears pants in the house. You think you can get away with blings ah?😂
Great design! Good value for money.
Well done. Nice project.
GREAT VIDEO!!
Another polished presentation. The floorplan reminded me of a question I have had for a long time. What is the idea and reason for a wet kitchen and a dry kitchen? is it something to do with stopping cooking smells encroaching the rest of the home?
Yes it is.
Yes and No.
Yes as mentioned by one reader here.
No as most youngsters these days dont cook. Its just an extra store room to hide unsighted things.
And one more fact, those apartments with wet and dry kitchen and are not smd or bungalow design setup, noise can transfer into yr kitchen and living room easily. You can literally know what is going on with yr neigbours and vice versa.
So get an ID to seal the space is essential.
u guys r magician
Hey Design Seed, just wondering where do you get your soundtrack from? I think the pairing of your soundtrack and your videos is so complementary, it always instills this sense of peace or calmness when i watch it. Thank you for making your videos!
Would you be doing projects in Sg?
Nice idea 💡 🎊 ❤
Very nice.
Simple but elegant….
May i know where to get the sofa set?
Yes, I would like to know where the couch is from?
It's from the company Ambient Living. One of the partners mentioned in de video. But I cannot find the sofa on their website... Would love to have this sofa.
Nice
I need to do interior for my 855 sft condo . can you help me
feels like a hotel room ambience
you guys are brilliant! how much for all this?
RM 280,000. It's mentioned in the vid.
This is like a dream home. Wow❤
Actually the rule of thumb is for malaysian new home, spending 20% to 25% to a bare house [malaysia standard of newly vped home] is good already.
But how many young couples or families can afford to pay 20 to 25% pure cash for such exercise?
only 280k?! definitely worth it
Yes i agree tho.
What is that in dollars (USD)
would you like to enter the indian market?
👏👏👏
i wish you could design my new apt..
What do you think Alex Lee”s real name is?
It's really nice, but not outstanding. With such amount that have spent could give more.
❤👍
Expensive
nice\
Hard to believe it cost just RM 280k
280k ???? Are you for real ???
That's only $68,000 USD. The flooring alone will eat up half of that budget.
Please design our house
Less than $70K.
The female owner is pretty, just like her house. 😅
Basic
boring.. do dark themes
