    Incredible! From house to home, it’s such a liveable space. The warmth of the flooring, curved architectural elements and furnisher. Clever use of space and enough storage. Well done team.

    For 1,100 sq feet 280,000 worked out to 254 RM per sq feet. I can only presume the budget did not extend to the 2 bathrooms (otherwise I am sure it would have also been shown in the video) Whilst one has to admit the work was very well executed, the cost seemed high for a property of that size. Any thoughts?

      Soft furnitures and decorative items all included...except the bears.
      Its not for the faint-hearted when comes to full upfitting.

      I agree, It is very expensive for a 1,100 square feet unit, there is no WOW effect honestly

      Coming from the US, that's a steal for this level of finishing.
      Personally though, too much tan color for me.

      @@bgeeshonestly, this is all very subjective, because what is important is that the owners enjoy living in it. A wow effect can look great as a piece of design but tiresome to live with.
      And expenses can go way up depending on brands of furniture etc. too, so how much you want to spend is part of it

    That’s $65.048.21 US dollars. That’s a pretty decent amount of work for that cost. Although I didn’t hear that the kitchen or bathroom were area’s were touched ($$$$) which helped greatly with final cost tally, but the room transformed into a closet the mill work , and I’m guessing that the flooring mishap was on the condo developer since it is a new build and the popped tile was not the fault of the new homeowners, yes? That leaves furniture, the beautiful millwork, the buildout of the console, and the closet. Yeah, it was a decent price for the work and materials installed.😊

    Definitely needs to have the interior designer/furnishing included, otherwise you may create a space but the owners would not have known what / where to buy furniure to give it that end results. Excellent work and content to watch. Thank you.

    I live in Australia so I can’t really judge the cost - import prices here are insane.

    I appreciate the details and information provided including the price. Naturally, not everyone will love everything but I think there are parts of the renovation that can be inspiring for others. Personally, I like slightly a more tone down look (about 25% less bling) but it is a personal taste. Good job. Keep it up.

    Another polished presentation. The floorplan reminded me of a question I have had for a long time. What is the idea and reason for a wet kitchen and a dry kitchen? is it something to do with stopping cooking smells encroaching the rest of the home?

    • @michelleandreya7208
      @michelleandreya7208 10 месяцев назад +1

      Yes it is.

    • @linustw
      @linustw 10 месяцев назад +1

      Yes and No.
      Yes as mentioned by one reader here.
      No as most youngsters these days dont cook. Its just an extra store room to hide unsighted things.
      And one more fact, those apartments with wet and dry kitchen and are not smd or bungalow design setup, noise can transfer into yr kitchen and living room easily. You can literally know what is going on with yr neigbours and vice versa.
      So get an ID to seal the space is essential.

      Actually the rule of thumb is for malaysian new home, spending 20% to 25% to a bare house [malaysia standard of newly vped home] is good already.
      But how many young couples or families can afford to pay 20 to 25% pure cash for such exercise?
