In the showroom were two cars - a Rolls that he recognized as one he had worked on and… a big pink thing. The big pink thing was a life size ‘Rolls’ made for Lady Penelope (of Thunderbirds fame). Jaguar have stated that the Type 00 is only a concept and not intended for production. It's like you paid a lot of money to have a designer restyle your living room. You've not yet seen it, so you send in a friend to view it first. The friend comes out, holds you back and says if you know what's good for you, don't go in there! Yes, the design is THAT BAD. When looking head on the front end reminds me of a modern take on the face of a locomotive. If you remember the movie "Silver Streak" with Gene Wilder and Richard Prior they are on a train that crashes into Chicago station. In one of the very last scenes from the movie, you see the face of the locomotive crashed through a wall and Richard Prior driving off in a display Fiat X 19.

As a life long Mopar fan, and someone who owns a 2006 Dodge Charger Daytona (bought new, and still own to this day), I don't hate the new Charger. However, I will not be buying one. Here are my reasons: 1) Quality from Stellantis. 2) It currently does not offer a gas powered range extender. 3) I'm not entirely excited about the design. I feel like I should clarify point number three a little more. For me, the new Charger Daytona sits too high for it's body lines. While this will make the car much more practical, it just doesn't sit right with me. The height of the car is between a modern sedan/coupe, and a SUV. It's like the car is trying to be a crossover. Many people are hating on the throwback logo, and I do not understand the hate. The revised logo is awesome. I love it.
However, nobody except Steve Berry (who is a prize idiot anyway) is talking about jaGuar in a good way. Most people with functioning eyes seem to hate it. Personally, I despise it.

Cool Hoovie Garage Neon Sign
Get that place Lit! 🛋
Anyone that ever watched with their child the cartoon Wow Wow Wubzy! will recognize the design language of this new Jaguar. Everything in that cartoon right down to the trees were pastel colors and squared off. I’m surprised the wheels don’t have big square hubcaps.
I stand by my prediction: Jag is gone in a couple years.
Couple of months for me.
"Copies Nothing", yeah there's a reason that it hasn't been done before.
I'll have a F type but there's NO WAY I would Buy a COPY of Lady Penelope car from Thunderbirds
My Mom probably would
" Charger Daytona....!?" April just made me blush!
looks pretty good for an ev. probably the best looking one out of all the evs.
their marketing sucks,
It looks like an H-vac vent in the back. If you think it looks good I would recommend visiting an optometrist asap.
It does look good and if it sells well then it will be used as a case study great marketing. I suspect the enginnering will define its likelyhood for sucess.
It looks like something Lady Penelope would drive in a new Thunderbirds movie.
The new Clownshoe 😂
Like the BMW clownshoe?
If so, where do I sign?
The wheels look like they're off the 280 ZX😂
Innovation is divisive, you'll love it or hate it. Jaguar isn't bothered by people hating it, everyone else should get over it too, even Musk lol
Looks like the cars in the old niche wheels catalog from the 2000s
Good reference!!!
