These carnival plays are popular over Salcete taluka of Goa. This is being staged in Panjim, by the Tiatr Academy of Goa. Check out the humour and music.
The 12th Zomnivoile Khell/Fell Competition was held over three days (Feb 24, 25 and 26, 2023) at the Azad Maidan, Panjim daily from 5 pm. On Day Three, the participants were Konn Zaiet Tho (Who Could That Be, writer-director Luis Xavier Mascarenhas), Tuka Lagon (Because of You, writer-director Kalliz De Orlim), Ekvott Aslear (If Only We Have Unity, writer-director Antonio SX Rodrigues @ Jack Rodson), and Tujea Pasot (For Your Sake, Joesan Afonso). These short video clips are being shared here to build awareness about Goa's unique and vibrant tiatr-khell tiatr culture. It is not meant to violate anyone's intellectual property.
