Just something to add. The twelve steps and the tao share many common principles. It’s erroneous to suggest aa is “substituting one addiction for another.” In fact so many things dyer says is built into the 12 steps. And yes the stock video is hilarious, haha, but i just listen and the lecture itself is great. Except I can only make it through about 10 min due to ads.
