I think he means what the item rolls will vary with. Like 20-35 all res or 1-3 skills

Why do you not use a cube, its a straight space increase.

The best place for HRs is Travi, the best place for items is CS, i prefer CS becouse there can be found rly rare items like Griffon.
Its all about maths and drop rate for particalar mobs.
