Thank you for watching. So weird that it’s super sparse. I think dj pain has a good video and there are some snare tutorials out there but not many that cover the main kit
I find disperser very useful when creating kicks and snares. try it if you haven’t already. right before and/or after your primary distortion unit usually sounds very good, but experimenting with it could lead to vastly different results
Yep, for this one though I wanted less of a lasery kick and more of a huge doof. That’s why I didn’t include it. Hopefully people just use this as a starting point and then with tricks like you mentioned you can make it your own^^
what's the point of adding white noise to the kick when you filtered it out at 6:00? I thought white noise was used to add that high end distorted fuzz
I'm not even into synthesis or the stuff you do, but you get a sub just for not being one of those "this is FIRE" youtubers, who get overly excited with the fact that their pc has sounds. Also, fun tut on Silent Hill pads. Best of luck bro
When it comes to music - mainly technical production stuff, as in - how do I get this damn thing to what I want. But I don't really create sounds, I'll tweak a preset here and there sure, but only to make it more amicable towards other instruments. The whole, let's get this sound from a sinus wave just goes over my head.@@Alckemy
I actually own that and have tried it on many things but I just can’t get it sound crispy without making it sharp. I could just not understand it too, idk! I used some eq via shelving as well to boost a certain range and it wasnt a terrible option
I forgot to mention but for claps put the modulator on the volume ^
Dude fr, everyone is labeling arrangement vids as how to make vids and its so hard to actually find what i want lol, thanks for the vid
I've been waiting for someone to make this video for so long. Thank you

man, thank you.
Great video
Wow, two videos in one day?🤩 We are blessed!😇
Liking the sound designing.
Awesome results.
Thank you! Cheers!
Appreciate the videos!
When you added the third harmonic in the bass, was that the equivalent of adding a second quieter sine +17?
+19 ^^
Thanks 💪🏾💪🏾
You bet

As an aside try putting it on the mid band of multi pass so it only shifts the knock frequency and maintains the thump^^

Resonances to interact with the filter/eq
@@Alckemy ahh makes sense

I appreciate that! Curious though, what kind of tutorials do you search for on RUclips, if not sound design?

knew id find this vid if I searched under your name .❤🔥
I’m trying to cover everything I can think of lol (assuming I can do it well)
fresh air is another (free) alternative for the extra high end

it's pronounced Krap.
808 kits are helpful regardless of genre though
