Thank you for answering my questions earlier. I am going through all of your beanie videos again because I have had a problem lately with the design/wording stretching my beanies too much. I watched your videos twice and thought it might be the stabilizer. You answered that question. I watched another one of your videos that talked about the quality of the beanie you buy and I "think" that may be problem. I think the beanies I am using may be too cheap. (I buy them wholesale locally-Houston) Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us. I tune in every Saturday but during the holidays I am out at festivals on Saturday mornings. Looking forward to what you will share in the coming year
Agree with Ttown, the 8 X 8 cut away squares are a hassel on the Mighty Hoop. Wish the stabilizer company would extend the cut away to fit the 5.5 size hoop. It is extremely popular. The next size up is a hassel because it needs to be trimmed.
On the regular 5.5 freestyle arm it fits perfect. Its on the long arm freestyle where it gets a bit short. I cut my own pieces for the different sizes needed.
I also have the Wilcom 4.5 software, but have not seen where I can check the recommended font sizes. I have not found a manual on line. Can you please help with a link. Thanks so much.
Hey, Romero. Awesome channel with a ton of resources, thank you! Do you or anybody else have any tips on embroidering no cuff beanies?? I find that using regular tear away stabilizer can sometimes warp my image and just doesn't stitch out as well as using the cut away + a water soluble topping... Only problem with that is now there is this itchy/uncomfortable stabilizer up against the forehead. Open to any beanie embroidery tips in general but this is my most pressing question!
Hello, thank you for the message. For no cuff beanies I still use cut away and inform the customer that there will be embroidery on the forehead. Most either change to a cuff or do not mind the stitches. Nothing you can do about it, unless you use a patch and minimize the stitches.

how to add a 5.5 inch mighty hoop into Ricoma Machine?
I don’t change any of the parameters. I use hoop C for the 5.5 mighty hoops.
