    Tupac did not rap. He didn't sing. He gave you an experience. His words painted a picture and if you listen to his messages you will really find that he is a GENIUS.     This song is sick how he flows into the adlib and then uses the adlibs to strengthen/double his lyrics and then uses the adlib to extend each line further and slightly into the next bar over.. Its very subtle. More noticeable in the second and third verse. Not many can touch this level and especially ones from the era nobody else was on this level.

      its usually a technique used to restructure existing vocals. Like removing whole phrases from an existing vocal and then replacing it with a new phrase.
      He is doubling here where he actually uses other phrases around and between the main vocal and the adlibs and is tying them together to be all cohesive. This is not common at all.
