Most people when drawing something scary add fangs or make all the teeth pointy, but there's something of an almost uncanny valley nature to a wide smile that has normal teeth but too many then their should be. Love how you draw medic as the lunatic that lost his medical license that he is
I think it's because we as humans are used to seeing average people and most animals with similar traits. Imagine Uncanny Valley, but instead of recognizing what isn't human but looks close to, it's the recognition of something having more or less than it needs. Centi/millipedes have more legs than they should ever need, and snake's can move without limbs. I don't know if this makes sense or not, but it's just my thoughts.
The way you draw him in this universe is so cool and creepy, like he barely looks human and instead some sort of creature with the big eyes. Also the derpy lil :P ones and the c: ones at 0:17 are adorable

by counting, apparently cursed medic has 24 teeth top, so there should be 24 teeth at the bottom, meaning 42 teeth per row. There are 3 rows of his teeth, which quick math would mean 84 + 42 = 126 teeth total but, before anyone tries to correct me, I KNOW the smaller rows would be likely to have less teeth, but to make things simpler, lets just assume the teeth within are smaller than the others, OR they are closer together than the others? But we can always blame it on perspective

I think it's absolutely beautiful that the Medic from a relatively normal, real world-adjacent universe is your canon-typical giddy nutcase for whom the Hippocratic Oath is a polite suggestion at best, and then the one from a _literal hell-world_ where it's a wonder any of them are still alive is just...a sweet, socially-awkward goober even _with_ the taste for human flesh and unnatural-even-for-his-world insatiable hunger.
