He will be a flying man who will have wings instead of arms from which he will launch 4 rockets and at the end he will have legs because he will have a hypecharce that will put him on his feet and the rockets can be fired so he can shoot. whoever likes it, like it.
And his rockets damage is together 4800. one 1200
