Caleb led his team today to 3 points and took 7 sacks, 0 TDs and 1 INT. Jayden took 8 sacks and led his team to 20 points and had 230yards passing, 66 yrds rushing , with 2 TDs a few weeks ago. That’s the difference - enough said.
@@Thegentlemansclub619 JD5 threw TDs to WRs that were cast offs. He has a WR they drafted in the first round and a couple all pro WRs in Allen and the other guy. Washington was picked to finish below the Giants this year and everyone, I mean everyone was talking about how Williams was coming into the best situation of ALL the rookie QBs. Difference, JD5 is elevating his team, Williams short comings are showing big time.
In the game Bears lost on the Hail Mary Caleb had 36 yards going into the 4th. Can’t imagine what the media would be saying if he had half the season Jayden had
No of course not. That's a laughable question. Daniels was clearly the best prospect coming out of college. Y'all still making excuse after excuse for poor ole Caleb. Media is a joke. You know how many horrific games or at minimum first halves Caleb has had? Several, like several several. He's only ended up with decent stats in some of those games because of a relaxed 2nd half defense with a huge lead. He's just not all he's cracked up to be. Name me a legit #2 WR for Daniels? He has none. Y'all told us all off season that Caleb was walking into the best possible situation regarding offensive weapons any #1 pick has ever had. Yet here we are with Daniels killing it with much less, and Caleb struggling mightily with what should have been a steller rookie season. Is it really the O-line, or is it the fact he can't see the field properly and know where to go with the ball on schedule? Sadly I think the Bears will come to the conclusion 2 years from now they missed yet again picking a quarterback in the early part of the first round.
He’s not completely wrong, I said the whole time that the Bears should trade the pick to the Vikings, Falcons, or Raiders. One of the teams that would absolutely pay what Carolina paid them last year for Bryce Young. Even if Fields wasn’t the long term solution, stack the roster and wait. Bears should easily be a 10 win team currently.
Yes, coaching and play calling are standard Bad News Bears. However, Caleb does not see the field well and he has poor pocket awareness. These qualities are instinctual and cannot be taught.
He"s had few interceptions because he is afraid to throw downfield when the offensive line does hold up. His downfield accuracy is horrible when does try, which is seldom. It's nothing but dink and dunk passes. He can't read defenses, just like Justin and Mitch. They will continue to blitz the living daylights out of him until he figures it out. Can't blame it all on that atrocious offensive line and bad coaching. He's is physically talented, but so was Justin. The game right now is just too fast for him. They need to bench him for the last game against Green Bay. Why take the risk? Give Bagent a try. What do we have to lose?
Jayden would go 1st overall, but not because Caleb has been bad, it’s just because of how good Jayden has been. Caleb would still go 2nd, and yes, over Nix/Maye.
The Bears drafted Teubisky ocer Mahomes. If course tgeyd draft him ahain. Media crowned CW "generational" & would've gone nuts if the Bears drafted someone ekse.
Caleb can’t process the field he’s a slow processor he has more skill but that’s not what you need to be good at quarterback you have to be able to process very quickly hopefully he gets better at it
Doubt it, at some point you have to perform. Bears would have 5 more wins easily with Daniels opposed to Caleb. Commanders would be where they have been the past 25years if they have Caleb instead. I get it the Bears have some issues, Commanders had just as many if not more. Daniels is just better...
Congratulations CBS for posing one of the most idiotic YT sports questions of 2024. Something you would expect from Joe Schmoe Talks Bears from his mother's basement.
@@dsemasin Look, Caleb has a ton of talent and promise but if you look at his pocket presence and play style he’s playing college ball in the NFL. The Bears organization made so many mistakes in GM, Coaches etc that it’s quite pathetic. Even interviewed the Wash offensive coordinator and let him go to Washington. They need to start completely over starting with the GM. Furthermore the Packers, Lions, and Vikings are sooo far ahead of the Bears I don’t see them even challenging for the next 2 years if everything goes right. Honestly the only thing about Caleb that worries me as maybe not fixable is his accuracy.
It's a common thing in our society today that when faced with facts some people still can't admit when they're wrong.

Bro what ? Your blaming Caleb for being on a trash team 😂

@ so what qb have they built with there good roster ? 😂
Jayden all day
Danny Kanell’s reasoning is as good as his quarterbacking.
We didn't want Caleb at number two let alone number one
Caleb is a poor man's Geno Smith 🤣
"Is there any point Caleb Wlliams has looked overwhelmed, unprepared or incapable of being a franchise quarterback? No." LOL. roll Seahawks tape!
I just instinctively screamed yes when I heard that lol

Nailed it.
Caleb might not throw INT but he takes sacks (60 for 400+ yards lost) Caleb will just likely break the NFL history record on sacks.
Ints are worse than sacks dumb nut. And he's not close to breaking the sack record. Stop being a hater
7 more tonight😂
This guy hasn’t watch any Commenders game 😂😂
Maye and Daniels>
And washington would thank you...again
Thanks chicago bears organization for the jd5 gift🥲🥲🥲
Caleb’s not a bust at all but Jayden’s a baller. Win win and I’d still want Caleb first
Chill out and calm down. I remember chargers fans talking trash about Eli and Rivers we all know how that turned out
@@llamarre4 that's fine..... I'm still thankful for the gift thou 😅😅

🧢 ahh answer from the 1st guy. Now he taking OC into consideration, as if he had Kingsbury going off this year too. Miss us with that.

Low interceptions just means mpre sacks because he holds on to the ball too long from not seeing the field.

You can get a front line and all the coach's you want Caleb still not the quarterback.
It's going to be the bottom of the pack this guy smoking
Danny Cannel exposed for understandably falling asleep during the game. Caleb was a** and the Seahawks knew it
As a Washington fan, I am incredibly grateful we drafted JD5, but, I’ve seen enough in Caleb to see he’s going to be VERY good for chi town…
He’s shown flashes but have had so so many bad plays
The CFL wouldn't draft him first over all
He ended his college career going 1-5 don't know how he got the number 1 pick. Media bias
Jayden would go 1st overall, but not because Caleb has been bad, it’s just because of how good Jayden has been. Caleb would still go 2nd, and yes, over Nix/Maye.
JD, Penix, JJ, Caleb, Maye, Nix. That’s been my QB draft order from day 1.
Maye is obviously the best
Hell no.
came here to say the same thing lol
So simple…. No!!!
I’m not giving him any credit for not having any interceptions because they barely let him throw the ball
The Bears drafted Teubisky ocer Mahomes. If course tgeyd draft him ahain. Media crowned CW "generational" & would've gone nuts if the Bears drafted someone ekse.
Caleb would not be a top 10 pick for sure
I would take Byrce Young over this fraud.
No, he's getting a ton on money for nothing.
The Bears should have kept Justin Fields and had Caleb Williams compete for the job.

No!!!! But I would not have taken him in the 1stplace
it is just the fit....JD5 would not look as good in the bears scheme and vice versa wilth Caleb Williams

It's not Caleb, it's the organization. If Snyder still owned Washington, Daniels would be in the same boat.
