awesome, very useful. Shouldnt you have passed through the bottom of the initial diamond on the last pass to match the other side, and end up on the left corner eyelet? hard to explain in words
@beast12101 I agree with you especially because I think you could really increase the tension by running through the other twisted side. Great vid though, I look forward to trying this out. Now where are those kids of mine?
great video. would be easier to use "hooks" vs "eyelets". would just have to loop your cord or rope around each hook rather than pull cord clear thru each one. Also just have to pull working end thru the twist in the middle vs pull full length of cord thru. With hooks at each point it takes less than 30 sec. to tie this hitch. This is show in some old Boy Scout knot manuals.
Not a very articulate, detailed, or professional description. There are two unsecured directions in which that box could move. The sections of paracord nearest each corner need to be pulled down over those corners. Although fairly obvious and any reasonable person would come to realize that those two sides need to also be secured, you definitely should have covered it in this video.
Another great vid man, thanks for sharing. Hope your foot slice is all better.
@asherad LOL yep, it's quite healed. ~ Bryan

Thanks Bryan, nice to know this will come in handy.
@nellynell77 You'd be surprised, it's actually not too hard to remember at all. ~ Bryan

@beast12101 I attempted that before shooting the video, but it seemed awkward. ~ Bryan
without looking, how many times do you think you touched that black box in six minutes?

Coolio. That vid just goes to show what I've always said, "It's better to have a Lazy Susan and not need it, than to need a Lazy Susan ....." Lol
this hitch could be combined with the Artilleryman's Loop and then you only need 4 fixing points.
