Those investors were looking to create super teams and would pay WAY more money than H3CZ could to steal his players and content creators from OpTic. By not selling he felt he was holding his team back from greater opportunities. It was supposed to be positive for both H3CZ AND OpTic Gaming to sell the company to provide more money, resources, and opportunities for everyone in OpTic. It just didn't turn out that way because Infinite.

Been in college for the last few years so I haven’t stayed in touch so much with all this and am kind of catching up. Been a fan for about a decade and can’t believe this all happened. Optic was a huge part of my life. Supported it for as long as I can remember and this is tough to watch. But, I understand business and how money and profit can cloud peoples’ judgment. Only those who truly love, support, and know what optic is should be the ones running it. I miss the optic trivia videos, vision, smooth comp. Straight gold mine that no one else could do. The people of optic and the personalities are untouched. You can tell just by one video that hitch produced how genuine the community really is compared to the current content. The old optic house, the scuf house, best times. All the new content is flopping compared to what we used to have. Anyway, just wanted to catch up and let the real optic fans (and Davis, Hector and everyone else) know they’ve got another supporter here. On to bigger and better (which they’ve already started but still). Love y’all, thank you for giving me such good laughs and memories over the years. Never forget. Here til the end 🙌

I just want you to know that what you did had a huge impact on me, and I'm sure a lot of others as well. To hear this unfold the way it did honestly brings tears to my eyes. I followed you for some time now and I have always looked forward to your videos, your spirit, and your love for the e-sports community. That logo might just be a logo but, to me, that logo is a symbol of people united for the same cause. That logo gave me and so many memories. I feel the love from this and I wasn't even a part of this journey or the stories that exist but, even though I wasn't a part of this, I want you to know that I love you and this brand that you created. If it wasn't for this vision so many people wouldn't be where they are. I honestly would pay you to be able to put OpTic in my tags. Been a loyal fan of OpTic since the start of Mw2 and i love the team, the org and what we are representing. We are a family, growing up with this org and Papa Hecz being in charge was some of the best years with content and videos with personality's we grew to love and appreciate. Not only did he bring us together with the players, but also behind the scenes stuff like events, the COD space and much more. We got to feel the emotions of the players and experience how they are as people and what they do for a living. He brought us in so we could experience what they do because some of us don't have the luxury of being a part of OpTic or becoming pro's. He brought us behind closed doors and made us a part of the ride like we were a part of OpTic in name. Im not a good content creator, i wish i was and i wish i was a part of OpTic. I might not be a part of OpTic in name like the Personalities we love like BigT, Scump, Hitch, Mike, Boze etc...but im sure as hell a part of OpTic in my hearth when i cheer for the teams, when i scream when we win, when i cry when we lose. To hear Hecz and Hitch talk about all the problems they had with Infinite i wish they would have been more vocal about it. I too was one of the fans frustrated about the Halo team being dropped, decisions happening and players being dropped left and right. I knew Corp was the major part, but i never heard any complaints behind the closed door, because we the fans got left out. I know we as fans might not have ''the right'' to know what is going on behind closed door, but being along side this Org for as long as i did and then experiencing the Blackout we did with Content, the creators not being happy and Hecz remaining silent. It felt like no one was fighting for them or us....but hearing that you guys did your best i wanna say thank you. The vision you guys had going into this ''Project'' would have been amazing and i can only imagine where we would have been. I hope OpTic survives and we can find a new start, a better start and start heading towards better times with what OpTic is all about, Family, Content and creating something we fans can love and stand behind like we always have. For as long as OpTic's heart is still beating, im still here

Since cod 4 ive been watching optic. Back when it was a "clan". 11 years with these guys, and it's almost crazy how bad I feel that its on the downfall because of someone that built it. I'll never forget any of the amazing moments, the heartbreak, the championships, the content, the visions, the houses, and the players. Thank you hector, Davis, and everyone of the squad and the greenwall for the years of content that you provided us for nothing. The days of lost sleep, the hours of constant grinding, the whole dynamic of the optic FAMILY. This org is more than a bunch of talking heads behind closed doors. Its a family. Easily one of the greatest podcast episodes I've heard. Honest, genuine, and passionate. I was so unaware of the issues that pertained to their situations. Hecz and Optic did what was true to themselves and true to their brand. Love it, more of an Optic fan than ever before now.

I have mad respect for hecz, Everyone should. In the end, he is the reason greenwall stands today. Not only that, you have to give a lot of credit to scump, hitch, etc that have given us fans the opportunity to witness such a beautiful creation which is optic.
