Brilliant Video! The Queen's Gurkha Signals, some of the Best, if not THE Best Drill I've been Privileged to see in a Long Time! Thank you
Thank you too 🤗
Great video!
The marches played were,
1) 0:01-Arromanches
2) 3:23-Glorious Victory
3) 6:34-Gladiator's Farewell (Abschied der Gladiatoren)
(Return to Barracks)
4) 6:41-Colchester Castle
5) 10:16-Punchinello
6) 13:05-The Rising of the Lark
I liked Glorious Victory and Gladiator’s Farewell. Punchinello is one of my new favorites
@@charlottecunningham2141Hello Charlotte! I do hope you're keeping well! The first two are definitely Classics! Love them both! I also love Punchinello! Did you know it's originally a Brass Band March? It was rearranged for a wind ensemble. I recommend you look up the brass Band version, you might enjoy it!
@@delvinrodriguez3341 I will definitely look it up. Thanks for the info. Hope you are well as well
Thank you very much 🤗
what a curiosity ! Drum Major is a welsh fifes and drums sergeant ! always a pleasure to starr the Guards bands
Thanks Lenny. Nice day for it.

👍👍👍👍 Missing Gareth Craik on bass trombone !!!
Hi there, Gareth Craik is on Bass Trombone, just on the third Rank, second musician in next to the Tuba. You can see him from 3:29 onwards. Hope this helps!
@@delvinrodriguez3341
You are definitely right !!
Thanks !!
He is always on the front that’s why I missed him!
👍👍🙋♂️
@@JWF7000 You're most welcome! They do like to hide from us on occasion! 😂
@@delvinrodriguez3341
It happened a few months ago that he was playing the Es Bass , I missed him then also , and he wrote me back! I played the Es Bass !
Nice !
He is my favorite Bass Trombone player for many years , as well as the Coldstream Guards Band !
@@JWF7000 Hello again JWF7000! I went to Windsor again yesterday (22 June 2024) to see the Coldstream Guards band again, and this time Gareth was in the front row. It sounded very impressive! Some videos made by other people are already available and I hope to make my own video available in the next day or two. And to Delvin: Thanks for pointing out that Gareth was there, in the third rank. I had seen that there was another trombone in the middle of the band, but hadn't looked in enough detail to see who it was!
The dressing of the band at times was like a dogs hind leg, but not so the Gurkhas straight and true.
Lenny! Thanks for another good and colourful recording. Are you local to Windsor? At the top end of Sheet Street is a pink, probably plastic, "flower wall decoration". Horrible, whoever has put this thing on the wall must have more money than sense for the beauty of an old city setting!
Yes we are living in Windsor 🤗
Thank you too ☺️
Brilliant red in the sunshin, wonderful. The bass drum needs a tighten and some more damping for me though, a bit 'ringy' that one :-)
Did you get a new camera? Looks even better than your others.
I think improved lighting
We have a same camera 📸 😍
Swinging arm shoulder height. Compare.
