I have been taking Saffrosun and it’s interesting that he says take it in the morning because like Liz I took it in the evening. Might be helpful to put on the package to take in the morning

Liz, late to the table, just found all your informative videos. When would you choose Saffrosun over Ashwagandha a wee bit confused. Too many choices!

    Very interesting chat with Kevin.
I suffer from Gilberts syndrome, now you might be thinking what's that! It's the bilirubin which if I'm right picks up the rubbish from the blood, correct me if I've passed the wrong information on. Doctor reckons 8% of the british.public suffer from Gibert syndrome . Bergatone might help with the problem so I'll pass a reveiw on the product in a few months which might help others people who are suffering from this medical problem.❤

Fascinating conversation. I was particularly interested in the info on bergamot as I have high cholesterol but can’t tolerate statins, though with what I’ve learnt about them from Dr Aseem Malhotra & others I really wouldn’t want to take them anyway! Regarding turmeric, following a consultation with a nutritionist as part of the Lifecode GX package I invested in last year, he recommended starting it, which I did, but he said to find the cheapest I could as so many companies were jumping on the bandwagon of interest in turmeric & felt they could cash in by charging higher prices. I took his advice (sure enough you can pay a lot for turmeric supplements as I found) but now wondering whether they’re all created equal. Maybe more research to do!! Thanks for another great chat Liz.

Than you for mentioning about Nurofen I’ve found this is the only anti inflammatory medication 💊 that helps me when my legs are on fire at night after having mesh put in my bladder which destroyed my bladder I can only hold 2oz of urine then have to run to toilet so stressful 😱 several times at night 😭

It's worth asking The Naked Pharmacy's incredible team of pharmacists whether the Natruflex would be right for you if you have IBS! Hope that helps www.thenakedpharmacy.com/pages/contact-us ❤️
