The Greenbriar Restaurant looks like the atmosphere goes with the upscale price. Your food looked really good. Your dessert was very unique. I would enjoy a different kind of dessert like that but I am always too full to enjoy a dessert right after a meal. Glad it was an awesome experience for the two of you.

From Florida and decided to eat at the Greenbrier restaurant last week. I will give it to them beautiful place. Meal... not so much. We both got the rib eye, I asked for med-rare and wife asked for med-well. While waiting for our meal, they seated a group of 4 with a 2 year old next to us. This child screamed at the top of his lungs every minute or so. I'm not talking yell, I'm talking shriek that actually hurt ears besides ours. We could hear the table next to us on the other side saying the same. Then the meal came and as soon as i saw my steak, I told the wife it looked terrible. They provided steak knives and I had to saw the steak because it was that tough. I looked at wife and I could see hers was pretty bad also. So bad we each only took 3-4 bites out of our meal. The waiter asked if everything was OK and I who wouldn't say $hit if I had a mouth full just had to say something. I told the waiter no, things were not good. I showed him my med rare steak that was all grey inside and stated it was tough as hell. I also mentioned the 2 year old sitting next to us was screaming at the top of his lungs at a regular interval. I swear to God he stated to me... "Yea, I know, I heard it from the other room"... Next thing I know is the manager approached us and stated he was sorry and that he would take 1/2 off the $130 meal. After watching all these video's about this restaurant I was terribly disappointed.
Karen you look beautiful. I saw the Yankee in the South review this restaurant and I told my boyfriend that I want to go this July when we visit Gatlinburg for the first time. I'm so glad you guys did a Review also! I can't decide if I want the steak or the salmon!!

I’m this video, the sweet lady giving you a tour of the restaurant, refers to an opening of the “Fort Worth” restaurant. I’m seeing on the Google maps that it’s where a Logan’s Roadhouse used to be in Sevierville. My family is from Fort Worth, Texas and we are planing a trip there this October. If you could add that restaurant to your review list that would be lovely. I’m curious to see what that will offer. Although, to me, it does not looked to be opened just yet. Just a suggestion. Everything was really good Pamela. We saw some in shorts. For the restaurant side you need reservations but they have an area you can just walk in for a drink and meal. Our pleasure.

$48 for a steak and nothing else with it ? No bread, salad or maybe just one veggie ? Hate to spoil all the little “cutesy statements” party, but I think this place is a little overpriced. I don’t mine paying $100 for a meal for my wife and I but this is not the place. 🙁
