    मद्रासी टमाटर का अचार
    Sun dried the Tomatoes/टमाटर को धूप में सुखाएं
    १. टमाटर २ किलो
    २. ५० ग्राम चना दाल
    ३. ५० ग्राम उड़द दाल
    ४. ५० ग्राम राई
    ५. ५० ग्राम सुखी लाल मिर्च साबुत
    ६. ५० ग्राम मेथी दाना
    ७. १ लीटर तेल
    ८. करी पत्ता ज्यादा
    ९. लहसून १०० ग्राम
    १०. लॉन्ग दाल चीनी
    ११. ५०० ग्राम इमली
    १२. २०० ग्राम लाल मिर्च पाउडर
    (ज्यादा रंग के लिए लाल मिर्च पाउडर तीखा और कश्मीरी दोनो मिलके डाल सकते है)
    १३. नमक और हल्दी पाउडर

      Good to hear from you. You are right. My mother's friend Ishwaramma from Andhra Pradesh and she taught this Telugu pickle. It's typically Andhra pickle.

    मैम मुझे थोड़ा सा बताइए कि बॉटल के टमाटर को धूप में 3 दिन रखना है कि घर के अंदर दूसरा हल्दी और इमली का पल्प जिसमें आपने लहसुन डाला और भी बाकी सामग्री डाली तो क्या उसे पकाना नहीं था क्या उसमें आपने सीधा तड़का डाला
